We had a very nice stay overall. We had some difficulty getting into the condo initially as well as getting the parking fob from security. There were minor cleanliness issues with the master bath, but a little cleaning on our part remedied that. The view and convenience were amazing which made up for any minor issues.

Beautiful condo, gorgeous view, clean, close to shops and great restaurants. The location is only steps away from the beach. The beach is very clean, quiet and relaxing. Only small issue was the lock on the front door kept getting stuck which i alerted staff about. Easy and friendly communication with owners/staff. I definitely recommend this place. 10/10 for sure!! I'll be back!

My trip to PR was great. Apartment was beautiful over all. Only very small issue I had was the communication was host was very slow but she was very nice over all. Bed sheets / a couple towels had a few old make up stains. But other than that beautiful apartment, amazing views!

Back to Marbella

My husband and I always stay at Marbella so we are very used to the gates, parking, and the area in general. The condo is very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Checking in and out was easy. We had two minor issues, one of them being that I had left some very important possessions behind, and communicating with them was super easy and resulted in a prompt resolution. Eva was so supportive and nice, and went above and beyond to make sure I got my things back. I will never forget her kindness. Book the condo now! You won’t be disappointed.

Graduation Getaway

Overall our stay was pleasant. The property was clean. Air-conditioning worked good but we were still warmish. It was a hot June. The power went out on our last night to no fault of the owners, which made it even warmer. There is no oven to cook in; again that was my mistake, I thought there was and didn’t look properly. The security were very helpful and pleasant. I would stay here again.

Nice place and as advertised. Being right on the beach was amazing. Our only issue was the security desk was no help in explaining how the garage remote worked and we had someone occupying our designated parking place. Eventually we figured out the garage remote was not connected to the system and needed to be replaced. After that everything was perfect

Perfect vacation

My husband and I have visited PR many times and love the island!This was the first visit for our sister and husband from Denver.They too love San Juan!The property is lovely, clean and modern. We did have difficulty with the keys and garage fob, but had great assistance from the security staff.

This condo was beautiful. Will stay here again. Gated private community. Underground parking made you feel safe. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well. 5 min. from airport and everything else

Unit not cleaned upon arrival after check in time but were reimbursed for the night. The location and views are awesome!! Other than uncomfortable mattresses, and dealing with the pigeons roosting and crapping all over the deck the unit worked out ok...

Great location but poor response from host

We stayed for a week, with an island-wide power outage for nearly 3 days. The condo had battery powered lanterns and the building opened a room that had generator power for people to charge their phones (and we used the microwave there). The condo would benefit from having some rechargeable fans, as that would have helped on those hot, sleepless nights without AC and only one window stayed open in our room. On the 3rd day w/o power, the host called and offered to move us to a 1 bed apt across the road that had AC. Fortunately, power was restored before we had to do that.Overall, the condo was great, exactly as pictured. There were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, 5-6 beach towels and 6 shower towels. It had some rolls of toilet paper and paper towel to get you started. There was a decent selection of spices as well, but you’ll need to shop for your own. There were multiple sets of keys and fobs for the grounds. We had no issues with check in or getting into the lock box. The kitchen was decently stocked, had sharp knives and basic supplies, minus an oven. The washer worked ok, but the dryer was useless, except to dry the very lightest items. There was a laundromat downstairs. Communication with the property management team was virtually non-existent. They never replied to a single message, until after our trip. The garage key fob didn’t work and we had to get the poor security people to open up for us every time, all week. Nice grounds, cold pool.

Our experience got off to a rocky start. We were given the wrong lockbox number and two different addresses for the property, leaving us quite confused. After waiting ages for someone to help us with check-in, we had no choice but to book a night at the Marriott. When Ruben finally arrived, he was clearly intoxicated and told us we’d been given the wrong info. He confirmed the key we had was incorrect. Communication with the property management team was frustratingly slow, and you’d be lucky to get a response at all. And to top it, the garage remote didnt work and we had to wait through the weekend before we could get assistance on that. Never again!
