We had a great stay! It was clean and great to have the parking space for our car rental. Nice to have the beach chairs that recline and the cooler. Location was perfect and such a short walk to beach. Pool was beautiful and we had whole spot to ourselves when we went. Check in processes was easy. Loved how secure the area was with the gates and security. Would highly recommend!

Location was wonderful! Having a parking spot was fabulous. Host was good at communicating and resolved minor issues quickly! I would definitely stay here again. We felt safe , security guards were attentive to the property and friendly.

We had a great stay at this condo and would definitely recommend it! The location was perfect, just a very short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The building felt extremely safe with 24-hour security, which we really appreciated. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We ran into a couple small issues during our stay, but they were resolved very quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

Location, Location, Location. Great Stay walking to beach with a view of beach. Just a minute walk or less. Parking included, kitchenette is great. Bathroom is modern with great water pressure. Great sitting area and also television if needed. Security was a great feature of the building. I am looking forward to a future stay and am recommended to my friends too. Isla Verde is a great spot.

It was clean, close to the beach, parking included but public transportation is right in front of the building. Very high security deposit (about 2 times of the rent of 5 nights) and it is collected at the time of booking (ie weeks or months before the stay)

Great location, walkable to beach and amenities

Stayed here with my 3 kids. Easily walked to the beach and food nearby. Appreciated the boogie boards, chairs and sand toys. Great stay!

Close to everything

This apartment is a perfect place to stay without a vehicle in Isla Verde. All shopping, eating and the beach is a minute walk away.

So close to the beach!

This location is perfect. Not only is it so close to the beach that you can walk back anytime you need to in a few minutes but it’s also close to some great restaurants and coffee shops! It’s an easy uber ride to San Juan

Peaceful

The condo was few steps from the beach. Store and restaurants was all walking distance. You didn’t need to rent a car. The food is delicious. We will go back next year.

Isla Verde Beach Vacation

My husband, 9 year old daughter and I had a great stay in Isla Verde. The apartment is so close to the beach and many restaurants. It was so convenient to have a parking spot included. We loved being able to see the beach from our window. The apartment swimming pool was closed because it was being renovated, which was disappointing because it was one of the reasons I chose this apartment. Overall we had a fantastic stay in Isla Verde.

Wonderful Experience

Really enjoyed staying here. The location is perfect for a family of 4. The beach is right there. There's a pharmacy across the street. Food places near by. Very clean. Has a kitchenette we were here for a week so location was just perfect for what we needed. Francis is a very nice host and very communicative. I will definitely book here again.
