My family really enjoyed the villa we stayed in. It was clean, big enough for all of us, and a great location with in the resort. The Bahia Beach Club pools and of course the beach were perfect for our family. The pool was big and the beach was wonderful to swim in. There was enough shade for. It never felt crowded. The service at the Beach Club was wonderful. We loved using the golf cart to get around the resort. We also liked the restaurant suggestions in Río Grande. We really had a wonderful time and I hope we are able to visit this resort again.

We had a fabulous stay! Home was pristine, with a well-appointed kitchen and comfortable living spaces. The welcome champagne and a few provisions in the refrigerator were nice welcoming touches. Our family of five (all adults), enjoyed the resort amenities -- beach and pool access, tennis, gym, and water sport activities. Highly recommend!

The best family vacation spot

The best family spot. Our family of six- myself, husband and our four kids, had a magnificent stay. Lucia is truly the most helpful of all. She's not just there to make sure you're happy with the villa but also that you have a great time outside of the villa. We had a private chef on her recommendation come to the villa and he was amazing! We hired a photographer to take our family photos that far exceeded our expectations. The grounds of Bahia are pristine. The villa was immaculate. The bedrooms were quite large and the ceilings nice and high. We felt right at home the first minute we walked in. The gym was great. They had a smoothie, açaí and espresso bar there that we made a trip to daily. Lucia was attentive to all of my questions before and during our stay. She truly has a big heart and you can tell she loves what she does. So thankful for this little piece of heaven on earth. We will be back!

Family vacation in Rio Grande

This villa and the resort in general is fantastic. It comfortably fit our family of 8. Lucia was a great host. I’ve been to P.R. several times and this was by far my favorite resort and rental property. Will definitely come back!

Wonderful Stay

This was a perfect vacation for all of us! Lucia and her team gave us great pre-arrival info, and was responsive and helpful during our stay. It took almost no time to get replies to any question. The villa was terrific and the property was perfect for a group that wanted to play golf, go to the beach, and relax around the pool. We very much recommend the villa and the wonderful support staff!!

Just Perfect

Relaxing Getaway

Incredible Family Vacation and Property

Whole family had such an incredible stay. There were great family spaces to hang out, sit on the balconies, cook in the kitchen, but also plenty of bedrooms and baths so everyone slept well and the kids were not bickering. Location was very convenient to rain forest, old San Juan, and just hanging out at the beach and pool club. Place was extremely clean, and host was very helpful with check in and helping us find markets, restaurants, etc.. Everyone had a great time !!

Beautiful - Exquisite Villa - Exquisite Resort - Great Host

We stayed at Villa Clara for just under a week. The photos do not reflect how clean, well built, well furnished, and big this villa is. It lists as 4000 square feet, and I think it might actually be close to that. Well stocked kitchen, amazing balcony views, very comfortable beds. Room for 8 people to easily move around without being in one another's way. The Resort was not crowded and we could not hear our neighbors in nearby Villas. The host Lucia was there every moment we needed her, but we did not really need her. The entire staff at the Resort is so helpful and polite. The pools are refreshing, but not cold. The gym was good size and had everything one would need (including a great juice bar). We also recommend going to the main bar at the St. Regis for a drink, it is very nice, and the bar tenders were very talkative and nice. There is a grocery store, Ralph's, very close. Google said it was far (that's not the correct one). Ralph's is only 12 minutes away. We also recommend finding Lupita's Food Truck (very good Mexican food). We just cannot say enough about the host, the Resort, and the Villa Clara unit. Lucia is a Super Host for sure!!

More Than 5 Stars

We recently stayed at Villa Clara to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. It had been several years since we last visited Puerto Rico. Originally, we planned on staying at the Caribe Hilton, but as the vacation neared, I was worried as the last time we stayed there it was rather rundown and in need of updating. We started researching other options and decided on Villa Clara. From the minute I booked the host Lucia, was so responsive. She is the BEST host and made the trip so wonderful I cannot thank her enough. We arrived late the first night, and she had left a beautiful cake and lovely message to my parents. Throughout the stay she was available if we had any questions. Villa Clara is gorgeous. The house has everything you could possibly need. The four bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The living room and balconies are huge. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever had at a rental property. Although we ate out most of the time, we did have breakfast most mornings and one dinner. The house was spotless, and we didn’t even see a single bug which is nearly impossible in a hot and humid climate. The golf cart is such a fun bonus our mom, who is 74, couldn’t wait for it to be her turn to drive. The house alone would have been enough, but then you add the property this is the best place to stay in Puerto Rico. The Bahia Beach Resort has everything to keep a family occupied and more.

Spacious, Modern, Comfortable

This property and the host were amazing from the start (at booking) and through departure. There was clear and constant communications. The condo was pristine - clean, comfortable and very spacious with endless balconies. It felt like home. The property at large (i.e., Bahia Beach) is amazing, from being able to navigate with the golf cart, to being in a safe, gated community that is exceptionally well landscaped. We are already planning our next trip back!

Great Vacation

The property and our unit were both beautiful and immaculate. What really made the trip was Lucia and her management team and their attention to detail, responsiveness, and general sincere care for ensuring a great time. Whether it was questions about a restaurant, or helping to get a prescription medication we forgot to bring, or following up with the hotel when we were trying to book a cabana, Lucia was just terrific. And of course, the whole community and location is amazing.

Six out of Five stars

My granddaughter summed up our experience at this property. "This was the best trip ever, better even than Disneyland!" Keep in mind that she met princesses at Disneyland, so that endorsement says a great deal. I will start with the property manager team. From the very beginning they were awesome, responding to our questions within minutes, even when I wrote at 10 PM. Their responses were clear, comprehensive, and helpful. We needed a four bedroom apartment, and were a little unsure about the dates. They worked with us to get what we needed, and were quite patient as I asked question after question. They often offered to be helpful above and beyond what I expected. Our granddaughter was interested in trying snorkeling, and Lucia offered to supplly us with a kids snorkel set. Ultimately her parents brought her own, but that was just so thoughtful and accommodating. The property itself was amazing, very clean, comfortablle, as beautiful as in the photos. The kitchen was fully stocked with nearly everything we needed. We could have used a vegetable peeler, but that's such a small thing, it speaks to the thoughtfulness and perfection of the place and management. I am running out of space, but will simply end by saying that it was a beautiful vacation in a great location, with things to do for adults and children. Thanks to Lucia and her colleagues for making it perfect.
