We had an absolutely wonderful stay and can’t say enough great things about this property! A huge thank you to our host Hector — he was fantastic and made the whole experience seamless.The location is unbeatable. We were just minutes from beautiful beaches, great local restaurants, and the breathtaking El Yunque Rainforest, making it easy to pack in so much without ever feeling rushed.The unit itself was spotless and the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked — perfect for a family who likes to mix in home-cooked meals between adventures. Everything we needed was right there.This place is ideal for a family of four. Our kids had the time of their lives between the beach and the pool, and the boogie boarding was an absolute highlight of the trip — they didn’t want to leave!We would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to any family looking for the perfect getaway. Thanks again, Hector!

We had a great stay at Hector’s condo. The condo was very clean and tidy, and well-situated close to El Yunque, and excellent beaches and food. Hector was super responsive to any questions and instructions for the condo were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend! We would absolutely stay here again.

This condo is pretty much as described. It is in a quiet area, but restaurants and other activities are nearby. The beach in front of the development is quiet and lovely - and if you want an active beach with people watching, Luquillo beach is close by. The condo is not large, but it was comfortable for 4 adults, although the balcony only has seating for two and is a bit tight for four. Overall a great value though. Short walk to a lovely private beach and even shorter to the pool. Hector was always very quick to respond. Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful short visit staying at this apartment prior to taking a cruise out of San Juan. The beach right at the apartment complex is beautiful and my son loved playing basketball on the complex court. Would love to return for a longer stay and see more of the island

This is an Awesome Property! We have returned to this area of Puerto Rico many times and Hector did not disappoint. He was very responsive to our questions or concerns. The kitchen was well stocked with any cooking item we could want. Beach chairs, extra towels, coolers you name it. The pool is great, and the beach is fantastic! A true piece of heaven for us northerners - we shall return!

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. The apartment was clean has anything and everything you need Hector was always available whenever we had any questions or concerns very helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to stay not only for the cleanliness of the apartment before the location I thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

The stay with Hector was amazing! The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Kitchen had everything you needed, the beach chairs and boogie board were awesome and the bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The views were outstanding a rainforest on one side and ocean on the other! Will definitely return in the future!

It has it all!

This awesome condo was our home away from home for a week. It had everything that we needed. It was clean and well maintained. The beach and pool are basically right outside the door. The beach chairs were a big plus for us and we appreciated the great views from the patio.This place allowed us to relax but also do a few adventures like bio-bay and the rainforest, which are just a short drive away. If you run into any trouble, Hector is very responsive and nearby.

Wonderful stay

The condo was just as described. It was super clean, had all the amenities, beach chairs, beach towels. The condo complex was great and very clean. The pool was lovely. My son and husband loved playing basketball and tennis every night. You could see the beach from the balcony. The beach was steps away and most days we were the only ones there. Beautiful water and waves. The location in Rio Grande was perfect. Close to the rainforest, Luquillo beach and kiosks were a very short drive. It was about 30 minutes from the airport. The area was nice and we ate a great restaurants a short drive from the condo. The only negative was that the power went out twice in our weeks stay. The first night it was off for hours and the condo got very hot because the windows do not open. Hector did say, he was working on getting them replaced. The second time the power went out, it did not last long. I understand that Hector had no control over the power outages, and he was very responsive with his messages. Overall, it was a great place to stay for our first trip to PR. We will definitely be back!!

Beach get away

Property is right on the beach and the beach is beautiful! Soft sand, no rocks, no see weeds, clear water in the ocean. Nice pool on the property. No stores or restaurants within walking distance, but a few places within 5-7 minutes drive including a small convenience store. If you are looking for a quiet place for beach getaway it is a perfect spot, but if you prefer restaurants within walking distance on the beach this is not the right place. Property itself is well taken care of, but no dishwasher and have to walk 3 flights of stairs without elevator (mentioned in the description). No central air, but every room has air conditioner. The dryer was not working, but the owner is getting new appliances next month. Community is gated and private. Overall would definitely recommend for a quiet getaway.

Great property and host!

Place was exactly as described. Host was responsive to inquiries. Place has everything you need to enjoy your stay on the beach, down to beach chairs, snorkling gear, sports balls, and ice chest! Although we didnt take advantage of these, it was wonderful that the host thought enough to provide them! Would definately recommend this place, and would stay here again if visiting the area in the future.

Hector’s beachfront condo in Rio Grande

We had such a wonderful stay at Hector’s place. This was our 4th stop during our trip and it was our favorite accommodation. The condo is beautiful and so clean. We had all the amenities we could need including great new beach chairs. The beach was steps from the apartment with a gated entrance. We enjoyed the pool, dedicated parking space and location convenient to El Yunque. We would love to stay here again.Thanks Hector for a great stay.
