The host was extremely welcoming and helpful! He was quick to respond and even gave us a one night refund when we had to leave one night early. The condo was immaculate with all the amenities, including beach chairs, towels, toys, games, etc. The entire condo was well stocked with everything you could possibly need! And the views… the views are beautiful! We LOVED this condo and highly recommend it! We hope we can come back again!

This was a beautiful, clean and well stocked property! The complex was safe and had 3 great pools and a gym. Great communication from the owner. I would absolutely stay in this property again!

The place was perfect. Very few minor things the property can fix but other than that it was perfect. Use VBRO app to get to the property or google maps, Apple Maps will take you somewhere else.

Good Property

This is a nice unit and a good property. Great location if you are doing things around this area of the island. Secure property and unit is well stocked. We did not need anything while we were there but we had a couple general questions and the owner was easy to reach and responsive. Great view from the balcony, the pools are nice, and the gym is good.

Beautiful Condo with a View

The condo is well maintained and the photos are very accurate. The unit is beautiful, the grounds are very secure, and the view is gorgeous. Maria and Hammad were very responsive with addressing my one need. I would recommend their unit with high praise. Thank you Maria and Hamad for the great space.

My Stay @ Piña Mar Ocean Club property #69785427

The place was amazing. Exceptionally clean. A fully supplied household just like Home. Had all kinds of extra amenities like beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys (if you had kids), etc. Only 8 minutes away from a nice Beach. Loved sitting on the balcony with the view of the ocean. The bottle of wine was a nice extra touch. We would definitely go back again and also recommend it to friends.

This unit is beautiful. You have everything you need, it’s spacious and the complex itself is perfect for a family. AC is available in every room but we alternated between AC and the ceiling fans during our trip in July. There are so many beautiful beaches in PR, but don’t skip Seven Seas Beach down the road or the restaurants in the vicinity. The proximity to restaurants and supermarket is very convenient. If you have any concerns or questions, Hammad is very responsive. He graciously offered some wonderful recommendations which were very helpful. The instructions to check and check out were simple and the entire booking process was seamless. We would definitely come back to this condo in the future!

Spacious and Conveniently located Condo

Condo was clean, quiet, convenient with gorgeous pool and ocean view on the hillside. Arrival and check-in was easy with lock box and instructions. Spacious rooms and common space. Would have been helpful if the keys were labeled. Enjoyed use of the pools. Kitchen had everything we needed. Had small issue with water pressure and temp when we arrived but got it resolved. Host was communicative and responsive.

Great Christmas week in Fajardo!

The condo and property were secure, well kept and spacious, just perfect for 2 of us plus 2 adult children and spouses, total of 6. We stayed for 13 days and made ample use of the Tennis/Basketball courts and 3 swimming pools as well as local attractions. The hosts, Hammad and Maria describe the local amenities accurately... some restaurants within walking distance, groceries a short drive away. El Yunque, beaches and ferries to Calebra/Vieques and many other restaurants close by and weather always great of course. Hammad was super responsive with questions and info on the facility and local area. Great vacation thx.

Excellent accommodations

This was absolutely the best VRBO that I’ve ever stayed in. The owners attention to detail and amenities offered are amazing. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine into the spacious three bedroom two bathroom condo in Fajardo. The lanai has a beautiful view of the mountains, the marina and bay and the pool. Ocean views for miles. It is conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants and a short drive to grocery stores, shops, and additional restaurants. The apartment itself is fully stocked with kitchen supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, beach towels, beach chairs I mean everything you could think of that you would need on vacation. The neighbor next-door is an absolute doll. She was so sweet and welcoming. There are three pools on the property, a fitness center and extremely secure grounds. I would absolutely recommend this condo if you are visiting PR. It’s only 40 minutes to old San Juan, 15 minutes to El Yunque and a short drive to several beaches.

Amazing PR stay! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

We booked this condo for a week for our family (party of 5) and it was amazing! The condo is beautiful and well equipped, Hammad and Maria did an amazing job. The condo is very comfortable, rooms are spacious, everything was super clean and beautifully decorated. Our favorite part was to lounge on the balcony at night. we had everything we needed and then some! Everything from towels, beach chairs, toiletries, detergents I mean they thought of every little detail! We had a list of things to buy at a nearby Walmart but once we checked in and realized that most of the things on the list were already there was huge. There are 3 pools, tennis and basketball courts, the marina is right across from us and the views are amazing. We did a lot of activities, the drives ranged between 30-40 depending on where you'd like to go but for us it was the perfect location. Beach was nearby, as well as a river which was about 20 mins away. Hammad was very attentive, and answer all of our questions in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this location, trust me you will not regret it! I can't wait to go back!

The host was very helpful and informative. The apartment was in great shape the only reason we didn't give a 5 was that the hot water was lukewarm otherwise great stay.
