The home was well appointed and very comfortable. The backyard space and pool were beautiful. Naomi was a wonderful host and always readily available. I would suggest replacing the stove top as we had difficulty working with it, but it was by no means a deal breaker.

I have to start off by saying that I have seen this place on VRBO for some time now and we have been wanting to stay here. I am so happy we did. For my husbands birthday and my birthday vacation we chose this beautiful place along with my sister and her husband. This place is amazingly beautiful. We loved having coffee down at the lagoon in the mornings, and the morning swims in the pool. The location of the beach and location of all the nightlife and grocery stores are within walking distance. The house was very clean and smelled so good. It was FULLY equipped with everything we could possibly need. Noemi(the host) was awesome!! We stayed in contact from prior to our visit until we arrived home. Beautiful woman with a beautiful soul. There's us plenty of space and the yard is so clean. We loved seeing the iguanas walking around. We had breakfast and dinner out by the pool in the morning and evenings.. This place is definitely a place you have to stay at. And the location conveniency to both ends of the Island is perfect!! We shared many laughs and made plenty of great memories here. Till this day we cheers to our stay in Puerto rico

Oasis on the Lagoon

It was so peaceful sitting out in the yard. The house was very nicely laid out. Noemi was very friendly and always in communication to ensure our stay was great. The pool was a wonderful way to keep cool on the warm days. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for being such a fantastic host.

The house was clean and everything we needed. The property was incredible and tucked away in a nice quiet corner of an otherwise vibrant, local community. And our host was amazing. She was helpful, provided great insight about the area and things to do, and delivered everything as promised. The pool was great. My husband fished in the lagoon everyday (and evening). We were close to the beach, to groceries and local restaurants. We used the house as a landing spot among various day trips to other destinations around the island. But we enjoyed being at the house and in the local community.

Coming Home

Hadn't been to PR in 21 years! Actually lived in this town for a few years and was amazed to see all the changes. This home was the perfect location, close to shops and restaurants, less than 5 mins to highway 165 that runs along the northern coast with amazing views and beaches. The pool and yard great for relaxing and getting some sun. (it gets very hot. Wear sunscreen!) We loved sitting by the lake at night, great place for my husband to enjoy his whisky and cigar. Noemi was a wonderful host. She was attentive and readily available when we needed her, even coming over to help after 9pm when we reached out. It rained heavily during parts of the days and there were power outages, but we weren't aware as the home has solar panels which was a god send. Noemi would alert us when they happened. The home was clean and comfortable with room to hang together in one area or spread out in its open layer concept. My master bed was comfy and firm, but not hard. AC in the room was great, gettin cold set at just 70. The sunrise through the morning window is amazing and provides great light, but the room can get really hot so don't keep them up long.Would definitely recommend staying here. The pool/backyard views, location and ease of access can't be beat. Noemi was a wonderful host and made us feel like family.

Fantastic Property and Stay

We had the pleasure to stay at Noemi and Orlandos property for two weeks. There was five of us and we didn't feel crammed at all. The layout of the home flows nicely and is very comfortable in all aspects. The outdoor spaces are the star of the property though making it very easy to relax and enjoy the island life. The location is pretty convenient as well with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The ferry to Old San Juan is a short drive or Uber's are plentiful as well.Noemi and Orlando are very welcoming and warm hosts who are there as needed for questions, concerns, or advice.If you have any hesitation in booking here you shouldn't!

Tropical Get Away

Noemi’s place was perfect for our anniversary trip! She met us when we first arrived to give us access and a little tour - super short and sweet. The place was clean and layout was easy. The pool and back yard was something we just couldn’t leave - we had a lot of activities planned but kept coming back to be in the pool and cook out on the grill. Grocery store was less than 5 minutes and we saw some bars we wanted to go to within walking distance, but the pool kept calling. I’d definitely come back to Noemi’s place!

Trip To San Juan Puerto Rico

Don't miss out on this amazing home! From the great interior to the fantastic backyard and fantastic host. This place is awesome. The views from the backyard and the salt water pool made it easy to want to just stay and relax. The interior is super comfy and the AC works great! the beds were comfortable. It was also nice that there were beach towels and chairs to use at near by beaches. Noemi, the host/owner was a true gem - she check us in and offered many tips and recommendations. Communication was perfect. I cant say enough good things about this place. Perfect for families. Thank you Noemi! You made our trip amazing.

10 Star Amazing Stay!!!!!

House and Host Naomi were fantastic! Check in was a breeze and house was just as described. Extremely clean, and well appointed . Backyard and pool are breathtaking! Naomi was an exceptional host. She met us at check in and explained everything about the house. She was extremely kind and super friendly. She checked in with us during our stay and gave a ton of excellent recommendations. I highly recommend Naomi’s home. 10 Stars all the way! Thank you so much Naomi for an amazing getaway! We will only stay at your home when we visit Puerto Rico which will be often!
