"We enjoyed our at Casa Abdo and will book it on our next visit to the ranch. The view is amazing and the house is a short drive/long walk to the clubhouse area. Playa Rosada is at the bottom of the hill below the house. There are 4 separate air conditioned areas of the house - a kitchen/living area and a master upstairs, and 2 bedrooms downstairs. "Pretty much everything as described in the listing- bedrooms a good size, kitchen had what we needed for the most part...but it needed more attention to cleaning. Bed linens, bathrooms and kitchen were fine, but there was a significant layer of dust on most of the surfaces and floors throughout the house, and on the outdoor furniture - more buildup than just a day or two. You could tell that lots had been there for awhile. We had to do a lot of wiping down when we arrived and lots we just lived...

"We enjoyed our stay and the condo is just as described. Rooftop patio has a lovely view of statue and you can hear the ocean waves. The hosts were pleasant, helpful and very responsive. There is plenty of space for the family to relax, enjoy the multiple patios. Kitchen is very nice- large sink and fridge and there is even a grill in the back. Ceiling fans were really effective. Overall a very nice place and would stay here again. We would suggest providing an extra bath mat towel for floor...

La casa es muy bonita, está muy bien equipada, y la playa es practicamente privada (hay qyue caminar escasos 800 mts metros) La atención del dueño es rápida y servicial. Punto de mejora. Si va con niños es importante estar siempre con ellos en la pisicina. Hace falta una baranda de seguridad en alguna parte de la terraza. A parte de esto, recomiendo el lugar. "Nous y avons passés 11 nuits (3 adultes et 2 enfants de 4 et 7 ans). c'est une très belle maison avec une très jolie vue. Tout est bien pensé, ce qui rend la maison très agréable à vivre.
