Really cute place

The place was clean and the location was great. Felt safe and close to everything. Well equipped kitchen too. The neighbors are close but it was very quite and we enjoyed our short stay.

Premises were well appointed and clean BUT. When renting a 3 B.R, home I would expect ther to be at least a small chest of drawers in each B.R. There were none, Not even a folding rack for suitcase to sit on. Matress in Master B.R really really needs replacing. Extremely soiled.Although noted that it didn't work the ice maker continued to leak on kitchen floor.

Perfect location in San Juan Capistrano

My family and I just stayed at Bohemia Casa in San Juan Capistrano for five nights. The three bedrooms worked out great for the five of us( the single person stayed in the twin bunk beds room). Bathroom with tub/ shower combo was a bit tight for three of us, but made it work. The tub is a bit high and tricky for seniors or people with disabilities to get in and out ( which we had) but those of us with trouble just used the walk-in shower in the primary bathroom and it was fine. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The complex was very quiet and neighbors were friendly. We had two cars so the designated parking spot and street parking permit worked out great. Street parking harder at night, but we never had too much trouble. Back yard is small but cute. We never used but would definitely be helpful if you had a dog. Nice furniture out there to relax in also. Appliances all worked fine other than ice maker being broken. But no big deal. There is no washer/ dryer but we didn’t really need for such a short visit. Booking was easy and smooth. Courtney, one of the owners I believe, was very nice and answered all my questions. We had already paid for a pet deposit but ended up not bringing our dog. Courtney made sure to get it reimbursed to us. The location is fantastic if you are planning to spend time in San Juan ( very near downtown) and very close to the 5 freeway if heading to other towns. We all agreed we would rent again if needed in the future. Thank you Courtney! 😊

Cute Plus Perfect Location!

This home was great for my family stay for a baby shower in the area. It was very clean and comfortable, had wonderful beds and shower, and was close to so many restaurants and shopping! Courtney was a wonderful host and was very communicative. Looking forward to our next stay!

Wedding Weekend

We were in town for my son's wedding. After we booked and received the address, we were pleasantly surprised the booking was only 2 miles from the wedding venue. We brought our dog with us, so the close location made it extra convenient for my husband to be able to head back to property to let the dog out to take care of his business during the various wedding activities. We did have 2 cars, so parking was a bit challenging for the extra car; however, we were thankful to at least have one parking space included with our booking. The property had ample space for our family (6 total) and the added bonus of it being pet-friendly was the icing on the cake. My husband and I took the room with the bunkbeds given it had a sliding door directly to the backyard for our dog. The bunk beds were not the most comfortable, but I assume they are meant more for children. The beds in the other two bedrooms were very comfortable. Overall, we were very placed with our stay. The property was clean and met our needs. The location is great and close to everything.

WONDERFUL STAY!

We are from Seattle, WA and our son just got married last weekend in San Juan Capistrano. Bohemia Casa was the perfect place to stay! It was clean, well stocked, walking distance to the cute town and the beds were extremely comfortable! And the host, Courtney, got back to us immediately whenever we had a question. We are hoping to go back! 5 stars!

Perfect spot

This place is exactly as they describe it. It’s clean and well equipped with everything you need and the back yard is a cozy relaxing spot!They have games for the kids outdoor and I appreciate that so much! You will not be disappointed if you book this.

Wedding Weekend

We flew in to attend a wedding and decided to skip the hotel and spend quality time at a VRBO. The place is clean, nicely decorated and shows exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely Vacation in San Juan Capistrano

We loved our stay at Bohemia Casa. It is a lovely home with many amenities. Cutely decorated in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard was a nice place for us to hang out in the gorgeous weather with our dogs. Each time I contacted the hosts they got back to me promptly and helped. We would love to stay again.

We recently stayed two weeks at this property. I would definitely rent again. Property was as pictured. Owner and property mngmt receptive and easy to contact. Kitchen is very well equipped (except only 3 coffee filters for 2 week stay) and property is easy walk to San Juan Capistrano. Beds and living room furniture are very comfortable! TVs are great size and well located in master and living room. Cleaning crew left coffee pot uncleaned with old filter with mold in it, which is why I gave 4 stars on that! Also, more sheets & towels would be nice for longer stay so we didn’t have to launder ourself. However, bedding & towels provided were very nice! Parking is definitely an issue, even though we only had one car in driveway, someone always parked in red zone partially behind our car making it difficult to back out. Also, while many houses in neighborhood were recently renovated as well as this house and very well done, some others are not well kept. That said, we had no issues with our car left in the driveway and the unit itself was very quiet! Overall, great stay & would rent again.
