"Excellent exep the lady who cleans she rings the door like 3 o 4 times very rude asking we need clean after 4 days on there I told her we are about to leave to please wait 5 mn she said no cuz I doing something else I told her tomorrow no I got many things to do and Sunday I don't work she needs to know who's putting food at her table I just rTold my husband to let her know ok but she's was so rude she really needs to get another job asap"

"El proceso de Checkinn es medio complicado, no pusieron suficiente papel de baño, no había servilletas, entran a hacer limpieza sin notificar. Creo que hay mejoras mínimas que harían gran diferencia."

"The property is on Calle Relox which close to Cathedrals, restaurants, art galleries, shopping...the location is definitely 👍. In the apartments itself we enjoyed the open layout and traditional interior design and color. Having the patio right outside was also nice. The hosts responded quickly when I reached out. The only minor drawback was the dogs and roosters in the morning but you'll get that un most places in SM. "

"Excelente servicio"
