  • Casa Peces está situada en el tranquilo barrio de Río Oro, en Santa Ana, una de las zonas más cotizadas, muy conocida por sus fantásticas opciones para ir de compras y salir a comer.

    Perfecta para grupos de hasta 11 amigos. La propiedad está rodeada de excelentes zonas comerciales, supermercados, restaurantes, centros comerciales y la torre de atención médica del Hospital CIMA.

    Su arquitectura contemporánea y su elegante decoración la convierten en el hogar perfecto lejos de casa tanto para aventureros como para viajeros que buscan tranquilidad.

    Entre sus servicios se incluyen una piscina cubierta, sauna, bar, barbacoa y una zona de descanso al aire libre con preciosas flores tropicales y mangos, un lugar ideal para leer o tomar el sol. Esta casa también cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada y un cómodo comedor con capacidad para 11 personas, internet de alta velocidad, wifi, teléfono y televisión por cable / Smart TV.

    El dormitorio principal, con una cama de matrimonio grande, está completamente amueblado y es muy espacioso. Tiene una claraboya con plantas exóticas naturales, un amplio cuarto de baño con una sauna rústica y una pecera con peces tropicales del río Amazonas.

    La segunda habitación es muy grande y cuenta con dos camas dobles. Esta habitación también tiene una claraboya con plantas naturales.

    El tercer y cuarto dormitorio cuentan cada uno con una cama doble y una claraboya con plantas naturales. El cuarto dormitorio también tiene unas preciosas puertas acristaladas que dan directamente a la piscina. En este cuarto dormitorio hay otro acuario con peces exóticos de Asia.

    Hay dos cunas individuales adicionales que se pueden mover y colocar según sea necesario.

    TEN EN CUENTA QUE -

    Las tarifas varían para grupos más grandes: las tarifas básicas se aplican para 1 o 2 huéspedes, y hay un suplemento por huésped adicional. Pregunta por los descuentos disponibles para estancias semanales o, si viajas con dos niños pequeños, quizá podamos ajustarte el recargo por huésped adicional.

The house is beautiful, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay there, I am disappointed that it is already booked for the next trip that we are taking to Costa Rica because I would love to stay there again.

Fantastic place for indoor outdoor living. Martha was a great host and jessica looked after every need.My only suggestion may be a sturdier ladder for the pool and a new can opener lol.Thank you for making these Canadiens feel like home and we hope to come back in the future. 70th birthday group, Winnipeg Manitoba, and Ottawa Ontario.

Excellent property with plenty of room for our party of 7 (had enough room for 10 actually) and nice open floor plan. The sauna and pool combo was great. Beds were comfortable. Off street parking was big enough to accommodate our rental SUV. And Jessica was friendly and responsive when we had any questions. The property has no A/C but plenty of fans and the weather was fine. You do hear occasionally some of the traffic from the nearby highway at night — so if you have folks who are sensitive to some road noise they may want to bring earplugs.

City escape

This was a perfect escape from the city. Felt like a mini oasis. We ubered it to shops and restaurants and enjoyed the pool in between. Good communication with property manager. Would rent again.

Fantastic house in a great location

We had a wonderful stay here. And Martha was really a fantastic host. We arrived to San Jose late at night and all almost everythign would be closed when we got there. Michelle was even nice enough to have a few things picked up for us at the grocery store so we would have some food when we got there. I highly recommend ths property.

You won’t be disappointed renting this home!

We loved the house…so comfy and well laid out. Lots of unique features. We had so much fun, cooking together, playing games together and exploring San Jose and the surrounding area. The children were in the pool most of the time we were at the house. The housekeeper, Jessica, made us a fabulous breakfast, Costa Rican style, on our last day at there! So glad we chose this house to stay in.

The Pool House

We really enjoyed our stay in this unique home and found the architecture so interesting & entertaining. How cool for a pool in the middle of the house and plenty of comfortable places to lounge. The kitchen and other facilities were well stocked, so we just stayed in the compound for two days and appreciated the respite. My only downside is, I found VRBO website hard to navigate. Pura Vida.

Vacation

Casa Peces is like a Private Resort. Except for some minor repairs I have no complaints. The only reason I gave it a 4-Star is because there was no Air Conditioner and was a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night. The fans are kinda noisy.

Casa Peces is a wonderful place to stay in the Santa Ana area. Although it is not in the center of town as the listing suggests but actually in Rio Oro, it is still very easy to access. With a secure carport, a large kitchen, and private bedrooms for four couples, it is the perfect place for a home base or retreat. But the best part of Casa Peces is Jessica. For a very reasonable amount, she met us upon arrival, stocked the house with food, prepared breakfast for us every day, and kept the place spotlessly clean for the duration of our stay. She is the main reason we will return. We didn’t really use the pool or the sauna (we couldn’t figure out how to use it), but especially enjoyed eating breakfast out on the patio. We will definitely be back.

Awesome stay at Casa Peces

We were celebrating the end of our daughter's study abroad program, my nephews last spring break of his senior year of high school and my Mother's 77th Birthday. Casa Peces made it such a memorable stay. Martha, the Property owner was plesant, attentative to our special needs, accomodating, with great communication and quick responses. Jessica, the property attendant was nice and very helpful. These two ladies were awesome to work with and are the reason I would return.The property was unique, large enough (9 to 10 people throughout our stay) to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped which enhanced the meals and service prepared by our Private Chef. I would be happy to stay here with my family again.

Wonderful house for our stay in San Jose

My family of 5 throughly enjoyed our say at Casa Peces. The house was sprawling and amazing layout. Master bedroom and bathroom was huge and the other 2 bedrooms were decent size. Jessica came by daily to clean, and the house was spotless when we arrived, and when we left. She was so very sweet and helpful! My niece and her family lived just a couple of miles away, so they would come over in the evening and eat dinner with us while the kids played in the pool in the enclosed pool area. Mornings were so peaceful there. The house was big enough that we could each find our corner and have some time to ourselves while drinking our morning coffee. The neighborhood was very safe, and as a bonus there was a small market within walking distance to pick up a few supplies when needed. It also had fresh rolls and bread in the morning, and coffee. Martha, the owner, was very nice and responsive. Check in was a breeze, as Jessica was there to meet us at the house. I would recommend Casa Peces to anyone looking to stay in the area, and it was especially nice for socializing with our family that lived there. Just book it…you won’t regret it!

Most Interesting Property Ever

This house is super unique! Very large with tons of space and of course, an indoor pool. Everything was clean, but the house is old and could use some updates and minor repairs. Note that there is no air conditioning, and it was slow to cool off. We used a fan to sleep at night. Ironically, the pool is freezing cold. The neighborhood is a bunch of walled in houses close to the highway. We didn't have any issues, but the house is kind of its own compound, so we probably wouldn't have noticed any issues outside. I think it's a really unique, old-school-drug-dealer-mansion type house. I loved it! I really want to buy it and renovate because it is such a cool layout. In the end, I'd recommend this place but understand that it is older with no A/C and is pretty much open to the outside, so keep that in mind.

Wonderful house!

We stayed at this house for 5 days and had such a great time! The kids loved the pool every day and the kitchen was perfect for us. So comfortable, unique, and close to everything we needed. The sauna was a added bonus!! I hope we can come back again!
