Conveniently located less than 1km from Tomás Maestre Port, this modern penthouse has incredible panoramic views over the Mediterranean from the terrace and solarium.

The spacious bedroom has a comfortable double bed and direct access to the terrace, featuring air conditioning for summer days and also underfloor heating for the winter months. If there are more than two of you, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room (recommended for one adult or two children).



From the apartment, you access via stairs to the large solarium terrace which has a table and chairs for dining, a barbecue, sun loungers and a shower to cool off.

The apartment has everything you need to spend wonderful days (ceramic hob, oven, capsule coffee maker (Nespresso), microwave, hair dryer...)



There is air conditioning with cold/heat in both the living room and bedroom, it has high-speed internet with fibre optic completely free of charge.



It is provided with bedding and towels.



Playa Príncipe is one of the most valued residential developments in La Manga, both for its location and the quality of its buildings. It features a swimming pool situated on the beachfront of the Mediterranean, which is normally open from May to October. 2024 dates from May to 15 October.



It is a stone's throw from Tomás Maestre Port, where there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a large supermarket (Supercor) next to which a local market takes place on Saturday mornings.



Furthermore, less than 5 minutes' walk from the building is a sports complex with tennis courts, padel courts and five-a-side football pitches, as well as very complete indoor facilities, such as a large gymnasium with sea views, where anyone can purchase a pass for the use and enjoyment of the courts and attendance at the different classes offered, such as Zumba, Pilates, Weight Training...

For arrivals between 9pm and 12am it is necessary to confirm before booking and an extra fee of €30 applies.

Keys are collected at the Spanish Connection office in Cabo de Palos. Details will be confirmed before arrival.
