The penthouse furnished to a high standard has two bedrooms for 4 persons, both with built-in wardrobes, the master of which has a double bed and the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. There are two bathrooms one with a full-size bath, the other with a shower cabin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The spacious living room with its towered roofing is furnished with sofa beds and has a separate dining area. TV (English, Spanish channels), CD, fiber optic wi-fi internet available. The apartment is cold and hot air-conditioned. Additionally, there are infra-red radiators in the penthouse for winter season.
