"We stayed for 2 nights, and although we have visited the temple complex last year, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here this time round. It was very peaceful and relaxing, and being able to walk the complex at night was eerily beautiful. Our room was a spacious,clean, and nice. The bed was big and comfy, and the bathroom was big too. "The property was absolutely beautiful. Thanh & his family were very friendly and helpful..We were treated very well. We were taken around the local area & we were told about, & introduced to, the local way of life. We shared tea & met some amazing people. On this tour with Thanh we learnt so much about the life of farmers on the rice paddy's, & yes we did ask lots of questions & Thanh was a wealth of information. "Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. "Lily and Tommy went above and beyond for me during my stay. Great location, air conditioning and Lily cooks a mean breakfast. The hospitality was unmatched!"

"This was an interesting place, the resort is quite remote, has 2 great pools, the gym is good, the room really comfortable and clean but there is almost no English speaking capability (not that this is usually required), the resort has no first aid kit, and payments other than cash become really problematic. Don’t both with the restaurant, you MUST have your own transport to visit here"

"Wow! What a beautiful homestay tucked away in a private corner of Ninh Binh. The views and hospitable staff were amazing - they truly went above and beyond to make our time at the lotus field wonderful. At night, there were loud karaoke parties nearby that echoed across the cliffs that we weren’t expecting, and most of the bikes were in tough condition, but all and all 10/10 would recommend a stay here! "
