"The setting is just gorgeous - gardens, vegetation and the building exterior. Very spacious well-kept grounds with access (via a steep path) to the lake-side and the peaceful and secluded private beach. Lovely pool area and decent-sized well-maintained pool. The apartment interior was spacious and rustic - fairly basic but authentic farmhouse furnishings. The only negative thing to say would be that it could have been cleaner."

"This was our favorite place we stayed out of six during our two week trip.The apartment was spacious, super clean, and had the best balcony view of the Duomo.Our host was very easy to communicate with and left us a bottle of wine and appetizers that were delicious. None of us wanted to leave!"

The property is immaculately clean and extremely well equipped . The hosts are beyond helpful and the swimming pool is just an added bonus . Plenty of space for more than one family to share . "I do not even know where to begin. The property itself was spacious and quaint with everything we could have wanted for a group of 12 people. The kitchen space made for a great family dinner spot and living room for game night. The pool with views of the Tuscan hillsides was literally from a book. Pictures do not do it justice!! I definitely plan to retire here some day in the future. Also cannot say enough of how helpful and ind Antonella was as a host. Would recommend to any friends/family...

"This beautiful Villa from the 1600’s was everything and more than anticipated. Situated right outside of Sarteano, a town we fell in love with. The view from the Villa was spectacular. The grounds were loaded with herbs, fruit trees and lavender. We stayed 6 weeks and it was a great base to visit all of the areas of Tuscany. Great restaurants, bars, and shops with a market on Friday mornings. Fabiola and Raffael became friends that we were very sad to leave. A car is definitely needed as it is...
