Acerca de esta propiedad

Villa with pool, 4 rooms en suite, WiFi A/C, walking distance from San Gimignano

Disponible: lavadora. Aparcamiento. This home and the host are excellent. We loved our time here. The house was clean and provided everything needed. We walked into town everyday for dinner and gelato. The walk into town looks far but only takes about 15-20 min (slightly uphill). We also felt safe even when walking home in the dark. The host was extremely responsive during our entire stay and always willing to help. We had a chef and wine tasting come over on our last night (recommendation provided by host) and had a lovely dinner. The pool was a perfect temperature and very clean. I can't recommend it enough and already dreaming about going back. Small note, AC and cleaning are additional and paid to host upon departure. We stayed during a heat wave and spent an extra 100 euro for AC but well worth it.

This house delivered all that was promised. The location was great. The view of the castle was fantastic. Functionally the house had everything; each bedroom had its own private bathroom along with another downstairs, kitchen was well equipped and there was a well maintained pool. WiFi worked great. We were in Italy during a heat wave so the air conditioning and pool were life savers for us. Alessandro was a perfect host. Great response on communication before our visit and even better once we arrived. He also made some great suggestions and gave us some pointers on how to get around (we had rented a car). Please note that while the house is about 1 km into to San Gimignano, the walk is all up hill, so might not be good for everyone. Driving into town works and there a several pay lots available outside the castle. We did both, walked and drove.

Perfect spot in Tuscany

It is a wonderful property with outstanding views and a short walk to the wonderful village of San Gimignano. The host was wonderful and we would totally recommend the onsite dinner and wine tasting with Chef Massimo and Tenuta Torciano.

A wonderful stay outside of San Gimignano.

My wife and I had a wonderful visit staying at this property with 4 friends. The villa was beautiful with a view of the towers of San Gimignano, and the rooms were as advertised. The location was perfect for visiting other towns in Tuscany. Our host, Alessandro, was very accommodating and quick to address issues as they arose. We look forward to visiting Tuscany again and, when we do, we will only stay at this villa.

You could not ask for anything more from this Tuscan villa. Absolutely lovely restored farmhouse with every amenity required and the photographs really do not do it justice. The location is perfect with a fifteen minute walk up to San Gimignano with absolutely stunning views of the town from the pool and the rear terrace. Alessandro was the perfect host and was always available for advice and help. We really had a lovely family week stay at the property.

Birthday Celebration in Tuscany

Booked this villa for a 5-night stay with family & friends. The villa was exactly as expected, the views of San Gimignano from the property are so much better than the photos can capture! The owner, Alessandro, was accommodating, easy to contact, and responsive to our requests. Ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms was an awesome feature we all appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
