At the end of a cul-de-sac in a confidential housing development.<br><br>For 6/8 people, 3 bedrooms + office in a peaceful place in the heart of the maquis with a view of the mountains.<br>It is surrounded by an enclosed garden of 1600m², opening onto the maquis. An 80m² covered terrace for lunch and outdoor living leading to another ipe terrace all around the pool. The swimming pool is equipped with an alarm to standards and is treated with salt (wintering from November 1st to March 31st, it is not accessible during this period) <br><br>On your arrival, the beds are made. Internet/WIFI,<br><br>The villa with its neat decoration has been designed and equipped for a pleasant holiday. All bedrooms have access to the terrace and have fitted wardrobes and private bathrooms.<br>The 1st bedroom is a master suite: king size bed 180x200 dressing room, bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet<br>The 2nd bedroom has a 160x200 bed, a dressing room and its private bathroom with walk-in shower.<br>The 3rd bedroom consists of a 160x200 bed with cupboard. Possibility of a travel cot for a baby. A bathroom with shower and 2 sinks completes this room.<br>The office serves as the 4th bedroom as it has a comfortable sofa bed and a closet.<br>A separate toilet.<br>The living room is designed with a cathedral ceiling that brings volume and the bay window opens onto the terrace, the swimming pool and the maquis. The kitchen is fitted around a central island (oven, microwave, American fridge, dishwasher, ...). Dining room table, living room, TV, 3 sofas. Laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, iron.<br><br>The large terrace of 80m² allows you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day. You will find a table for lunch or dinner, a large garden furniture composed of 2 large acacia sofas and armchairs.<br>Deckchairs, parasols, Weber barbecue and plancha, petanque court.<br><br>The villa benefits from a very close access to the Oso river with its track of several km for jogging, mountain biking, quad biking or for a simple walk. Shops are accessible in the immediate vicinity. You will find quality shops: bakery, butcher, organic grocery store, Spar, tobacconist/newsagent.<br><br>Cleaning must be done at the end of the stay and the house returned in the same state of cleanliness as on arrival (cleaning service is not included in the price) <br>Rental possible from Sunday to Sunday<br><br>Parking for 2 cars at the entrance of the property is possible. The villa is secured by an electric gate and an alarm. The house is on a septic tank and requires special attention: no bleach in particular.<br>The vegetation near the kitchen is mainly composed of aromatic herbs and immortelles.<br>Quiet and residential area.<br><br>Another note: To limit the impact on the environment, a reasoned use of air conditioning is recommended and an electricity package of €10/day (swimming pool, water heater, house, air conditioning) will be requested in addition.<br><br>Travellers' access: The first beaches (St Cyprien, Cala Rossa and Pinarellu) are 12 minutes away by car. The natural pools of Cavu are 20 minutes away by car, as are the beaches of Palombaggia. Walking paths in the maquis are accessible from the house. Tree climbing, diving, parasailing, jet skiing, equestrian centre in the immediate vicinity.<br>Porto-Vecchio is 15 minutes away. Figari airport is 30 minutes away.<br><br>More photos on request
