Terrible 😣 tuve un accidente en las escaleras con mi bebé , Pedí en el check in que me dieran una habitación en el primer nivel y el joven de la recepción me dijo que no tenía más y eran mentiras. voy a mi casa con u terrible dolor de espalda y no hablé con la de recepción y tampoco le importo mi accidente , en un lugar mal cuidado e inadecuado para familias

Habitacion reformada y luminosa, eso si la silla estaba sucia y con restos de comida, el desayuno lamentable, entiendo el tema covid, pero algunos hoteles se aprovechan de el para ahorrar. Si teneis que ir al aeropuerto os lo recomiendo por su cercania, 15 minutos en coche.

Hotel muy limpio, front desk enojada
Hotel extremadamente limpio como lo es un hotel boutique! Muy buenas medidas de bioseguridad. Solamente la señora que está en el front desk no da el desayuno completo. Argumenta que no lo da porque la gente lo tira a la basura, entonces había que explicarle que no se tiraría a la basura. Una camarera nos ayudó mejor que la de recepción.

We arrived an hour before check in, so we took the chance to be able to check in rather than have to leave and come back. The receptionist said no problem you can check in but it's gonna cost you $25, I could understand this if the block we were staying in was still being cleaned but hit wasn't. Paid the fee and when we got to the room we notice the wi-fi was not working. Back up to front desk for assistance and basically given a phone number to call. Tried that he couldn't help and said he would call back, waited for over an hour still no call. Back up to reception and only after I pushed back did she agree to call the tech company. 3 hour later and after spending 30mins on the phone with their tech support did it finally work. If you need reliable wi-fi for business, children you might want to look elsewhere. You would have thought they would have waived the early $25 check in after all that, but no $$$ more important than guest satisfaction.

Our check-in time is at 3 pm, and we are happy to check you in earlier if your room is available and cleaned, subject to a small fee. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused due to the Wi-Fi issue you encountered upon arrival, and it's regrettable to learn that the service you received in relation to your concern wasn't up to par. Providing attentive and responsive service is our top priority, and we assure you that we will address this with our reception staff and see to it that this is taken as a learning opportunity. Our Wi-Fi tends to be pretty good, however due to unforeseen service interruption from our internet provider we did have network issues. This is a rare event that was out of our control. It's unfortunate we failed to meet your expectations on this visit. The hotel is very clean, quiet and well kept. There are transpatent acrylic panels installed on the outside walkway blocking noises from the parking lot or street. The only disappointment is they do not provide airport shuttle services which I have to pay extra for taxi services to and fro SFO airport.

They advertise on Expedia that they have airport shuttle service. When I arrived they told me that the service has not been operational for a while. Had to pay $20 to get from hotel to airport. The hotel should have made concessions for not delivering on what they advertised on Expedia.

We try our best to ensure that all information pertaining to our property is accurate and up-to-date on our brand website and third-party booking sites; however, we don't have much control over the contents of third-party sites. Convenient and comfortable stay close to SFO. I felt safe here because of the secured entrance with use of your key card to get access to the rooms. Never seen this kind of security.
