We arrived an hour before check in, so we took the chance to be able to check in rather than have to leave and come back. The receptionist said no problem you can check in but it's gonna cost you $25, I could understand this if the block we were staying in was still being cleaned but hit wasn't. Paid the fee and when we got to the room we notice the wi-fi was not working. Back up to front desk for assistance and basically given a phone number to call. Tried that he couldn't help and said he would call back, waited for over an hour still no call. Back up to reception and only after I pushed back did she agree to call the tech company. 3 hour later and after spending 30mins on the phone with their tech support did it finally work. If you need reliable wi-fi for business, children you might want to look elsewhere. You would have thought they would have waived the early $25 check in after all that, but no $$$ more important than guest satisfaction.
