Advertised as having parking, we booked this for three nights at the end of a 3000 mile road trip before flying back to the UK. On booking, we advised we needed parking and then paid the requested $30. A day later this parking charge was REFUNDED and the property listing changed to state "no parking". We requested and were refused a refund. We were then refused check in information. The company operating the property ignored much of our contact about this. The ENTIRE area has little to no parking, other than a public parking garage three streets away which allows you to park for only 3 days and in which you have to visit between 8 and 9 each morning to pay for parking, as it will not allow you to pay the day before when you park (such as arriving back at 10pm, it's up early and out to pay the next morning). The street outside technically has no restrictions but is 100% parked solid. The house has a garage - which they won't let you use. The other streets are all Tow Away between 3am and 4am, so you can't park overnight. Otherwise: Trendy - no, it's Ikea tat. Serious lack of cooking equipment (no oven trays, missing sharp knives, no dishwasher), dirty plates and cutlery, really uncomfortable seats and sofa. View out of the window? A blocked up window one side and a building site (which started digging at 6am, even on Sunday) plus splinter full stair rails out the back. DIABOLICAL. Borderline unfit to occupy. Zero security - numbered locks with guessable number. Awful.
