Hello Ms. Canon, Thank you for taking the time in doing our survey, and we appreciate the feedback we get from our guests. I am sorry that you had some issues during your stay with us. Our Valet prices and hotel deposits is pretty standard and similar to our location. Many hotels offer valet parking packages that include parking into the rate, instead of paying it separate and might be a better solution the next time you are in town. The $100 deposit is a hold just in case there are room charges and returned if not used at the end of the stay. Again, I do apologize, if this was miscommunicated to you at check-in.
