Excelente desayuno caliente. Muy variado. Nos tocó habitacion 111, que está detrás del ascensor y donde se escucha todo. Esa habitación no debería de usarse. Si me hubiera tocada otra habitación hubiera sido perfecto

BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! The room had used soap, dresser drawer had trash left in it from previous guest and towel with makeup left on in from previous guest. These complaints were immediately brought to staffs attention but no follow up. My spouse woke up with a fresh bite but she thought maybe it was from an outside bug the night prior. As we were making our bed to enjoy the day, BED BUG was seen by my youngest son. I immediately contacted staff, the bug was retrieved by staff and placed into a cup. I left messages with the general manager Seema Kumar and they NEVER returned my call. Orbitz called the hotel after receiving our complaint and the hotel denied they had a bed bug problem. This is my first time ever writing a review but guest need to know and the hotel needs to fix the housekeeping and BED BUG problem.

Average Hampton Inn but next to runway and inadequately sound proof for this location. Planes do not stop after 11 at this airport either. They are long overdue in upgrading their breakfast too.

Front desk would not connect me to my wife. WiFi in the room was not working so she could not call me and I was anxious to get through after she missed her flight and was diverted through the US. It should be pointed out that the reservation was in my name. The front desk person clearly showed zero interest in helping me. I just wanted to see if she made it safe and sound. Are we really at the point when there is no willingness to help?

This is an airport hotel but the shuttle service is severely limited in times available. The morning times don’t even run through checkout. My in room coffee machine was broken and still had water in it from the last guest. It’s fine for what it is but that’s average.

To say this hotel is a mess would be an understatement. I communicated to the hotel via the Expedia chat thing that we would need a shuttle when we arrived from overseas. I called the hotel when we landed and confirmed where to go to catch the shuttle. We stood out in the cold for 35 minutes, no shuttle. The other hotel shuttles all came by twice. So, we used Uber to get there $55 for a 2 mile trip. Then, when we checked in we were given a different room than the one I chose when I check in on the app. I had chosen a room on the first floor because I was traveling alone with an 8 year old and two oversized suitcases. I didn’t want to have to maneuver them all through the hallways and elevators. Why allow me to choose a room on the app if you’re going to give it to someone else? Once I managed to get everything to my room, I found that the toilet would not flush. I called the front desk and was told I was probably flushing it too fast. I wasn’t. I took the lid off and could see that the flusher was literally not connected to anything. I took a photo but there isn’t a place here to submit it. The front desk said they didn’t have anyone there to fix it and no other rooms so just to use it and they would fix it in the. Are you kidding me? Suffice it to say that I would not recommend this hotel in any way, shape, or form. Having a working toilet in the room is a pretty low bar and they didn’t even reach that.

Location to airport is good, but no shuttle to airport as advertised. Had to take a $25 uber for a 4 minute ride on return. Breakfast was minimal and unedible. Plus when we arrived at airport, called hotel for "advertised" shuttle, told every half hour. Waited one and onehalf hour, no shuttle. Had to take one to hotel down the street. When arrived at the hotel, found out shuttle only runs limited times of day. Very unhappy with this hotel. Stay across the street at Marriott.

We had phoned ahead to make sure we could get a shuttle (checked with Expedia) then on the day we travelled again checked with both Expedia AND the hotel … told now we can’t get a late night shuttle and it’s at the point where we can’t cancel the hotel. Person answering at hotel was NOT helpful - nor Expedia even when I showed them the WRITTEN affirmation I had received. So stuck paying for a taxi- not happy.

There is a huge structure being built right next door, unfortunately I did not realize that before booking the hotel. The hotel itself is very conveniently located only 5 min drive from the San Francisco Airport. Worrying about missing your alarm? Dont worry, you will be woken up bright and early by the construction crews with jack hammers and saws!
