Couple mentions: I'm sorry that the check in was complicated, we try to make it as evident as possible that we only accept credit/debit cards with your name and matching ID. We have found that this method protects from fraudulent card usage. You are able to chose between heat and AC in your room. We have simplified the system so you just use the up or down arrow to control the temp. It is not "locked," apologies that there was issues with this.
