El hotel es lindo por dentro, el personal poco amable excepto Frank que fue una persona muy amable con nosotras, la habitación nada parecida a la de la foto, nada en absoluto, no hay parqueadero disponible a menos que pagues como 70 usd por día (algo así) y SF por lo general es inseguro dejando los autos afuera, te descuentan 100, usd por día de depósito… NO LO RECOMIENDO! The hotel is nice inside, the staff not very friendly except Frank who was a very kind person to us, the room is not like the one in the photo, nothing at all, there is no parking available unless you pay about 70 usd per day ( something like that) and SF is generally unsafe leaving cars outside, they discount 100, usd per day of deposit… I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!

Hello Ms. Canon, Thank you for taking the time in doing our survey, and we appreciate the feedback we get from our guests. I am sorry that you had some issues during your stay with us. Our Valet prices and hotel deposits is pretty standard and similar to our location. Many hotels offer valet parking packages that include parking into the rate, instead of paying it separate and might be a better solution the next time you are in town. The $100 deposit is a hold just in case there are room charges and returned if not used at the end of the stay. Again, I do apologize, if this was miscommunicated to you at check-in. Totalmente desaconsejable. Tuvimos un percance con el coche y con mi hijo que nos impidió viajar los dias que habíamos elegido y no solo no nos alternativa a cambiar las fechas sino que cobraron todo perdiendo las noches de hotel sin poder cambiar para los dias posteriores.

The staff is so friendly. Our room is always clean, and if we need anything the staff is more than willing to accommodate. It’s just a few blocks away from the pier so you can just walk there.

The front desk staff was snobby and we did not get the queen room that i prepaid for. The valet staff were amazing and very helpful. Would not go back though.

Hotel Zoe was walking distance from the Wharf which was my favourite part of this stay. The staff was always polite and accomadating. I liked that there was bike rentals available although it was too windy for what I was used to. Maybe next time I'll take advantage of it. My partner has a diff sleep schedule than me and usually I can mitigate this by hanging out in another room. I wish the lobby/work space was a bit brighter or easier to see. However, the lounge/terrace area is comfortable and I enjoyed the option to smoke some marshmellows for s'mores. I liked that the area wasn't too "busy" so that for uber/lyft/taxi, it was easy to drop off/pick up. The hotel was clean and the king sized bed upgrade was comfortable. Appreciate the men at the front desk and at the entrance. I did dine at their restaurant. It is okay

This hotel is a gem. Its located right near the Fisherman's wharf and has a fabulous hotel next door. The beds are super comfortable and overall, the hotel is great.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Zoe. Its close proximity to the fisherman’s wharf was the reason I booked this place. Despite it being in a trendy area, it was quiet at night, which was a plus. The staff were lovely and accommodating. There was free coffee service in the morning which was nice. The downside to this place was they have very expensive valet parking which was the only parking option they offer as they do not allow for self-park. $75 per night for the valet parking is quite steep but we paid for it for our peace of mind because San Francisco is notorious for car-break ins. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. The shower was my favorite part of the stay. It was very clean, modern, tastefully designed and it made me feel relaxed and clean after a day’s adventures. We had a great stay and we will be happy to recommend it to friends and family.

Reliably nice. We enjoyed the fire tables in the courtyard. The location is just tucked away enough to avoid the crowd and noise from the Wharf. More of an adult place, not a lot of kids. If you want kids and noise head across the street to RUI.

My first trip to San Francisco and I couldn’t have asked for a better location the pier is 2 blocks away everything is so walkable from this location, bonusTrader Joes is just around the block also. I am a solo female travel and I felt safe in and around this location. The restaurant and bar are a nice way to start or end your evening, if you prefer there is coffee and tea in the lobby where you can sit inside at the fireplace or outside in courtyard in the AM or enjoy your wine in evening with some-mores . The staff were so helpful and pleasant and readily answered or assisted with details to enable guest to enjoy their stay. I will definitely stay here when I travel to SFO! DYoung

The hotel canceled my reservation without notifying me. This happened twice with the same reservation. Service is unacceptable, said that EXPEDIA canceled it, but EXPEDIA did not cancel it. It was the hotel they canceled it.
