- NO TV and microwave in the unit, no aircon in the living room
- Beach Access – There is a ledge from the street level to the beach, there are no stairs so you would need to climb down to get to the beach

– Early check-in is charged from your arrival time until 2:00 PM
– Late check-out is charged starting 11:00 AM onward

House Rules:
- Please rinse off sand before entering the house, there is a faucet outside the unit
- Do not flush toilet paper or napkins in the toilet to avoid clogging
- Please do not rearrange the furniture
- Any damages incur a fee
- Lost keys, or if you accidentally take home our keys, incur a fee
- We are pet friendly but please clean after your pets, guests will be charged for any damages or stains by pets
- Only the declared number of guests are allowed to sleep in the unit
- Quiet hours start at 9pm
