Highly recommend

My family and I stayed in the first floor condo. They had the AC running when we got in, we appreciated to walk in into a cool temperature house. The rooms are very spacious and the view to the beach is amazing. The beach is just pretty much down stairs. The kitchen was fully equipped. Both of the showers had hot water. We would definitely consider staying at this place again. The only down side was that the light for one of our rooms was not working and the wifi was a little too slow for the TV. Other than that, my family and I had an amazing time.

Spacious, clean and great view.

We got to san felipe early in the morning to take advantage of the day. So at 3 we had to drive back to their office to check in, frustrating to know we drove for 40 mins only to find out all they do is give you a code. Would of been nice to get an email with the code at check in time instead of having to drive back and forth.This place was great though, very clean and a/c was on when we came in which was great. Kitchen had everything you could need. One issue we had was how low the pilot on the stove was, took forever to cook anything but we grilled most of the time anyways. Another issue we had is that the phone # provided to us didn't work so we had to do our own research online to find it. But once we called them they always responded immediately to our concerns, great customer service. Lastly it sucked that we had this awesome car garage but couldn't use it cause some other cars were blocking the entrance to it. When asked about the parking they said to just park on the street. Regardless of those small issues I would definitely stay here again, we were very comfortable there. House was always so fresh, we were close to the beach and always beautiful view. It was calm, a very family oriented area. Can't wait to go back.

Great Stay 4.5 Star

House is amazing. Very spacious, clean with a fantastic view. We had a little set-backs. WiFi was a slow, I'm thinking it's because they have the same WiFi for all 3 condos and too many connections slows down the internet. We ran out of gas but called the office and maintenance came right away to fix. We will definitely be staying here again. We did have a little problem with the parking and the other residents and we addressed the issue with the property team when we turned in our keys. Other than that our experience was great.

Great Location. Sub-standard amenities.

The location, overlooking the beach with a great view, was wonderful. However, we were missing a number of standard things that made it not as enjoyable. For instance, there were no towels provided, which we knew about ahead of time but it made packing a little more difficult. The kitchen was probably the area that needed the most help. There were standard items either missing or not in good order. The coffee maker worked but was broken and needed to be carefully put back together each time we used it. There was a bbq but no gas. There were a few things that just made it less comfortable than we had hoped for.

Place was comfy, sunrise deck view was stunningly beautiful. I'd stay here again.

I would give this a 4.5 Star rating if I had the chance. The place was clean, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. What made me a little upset at first is that I thought it was a 3 floor condo because of the pictures I saw. It's not, it is one floor. But it's spacious with a nice deck view of the beach. Sunrise was beautiful on the deck. The house is split up in three floors and we had the top floor. A.C. was great, not central A.C. but after a long day at the beach, I slept underneath the sheets. So yes, I had awesome good sleep. As far as being loud, I had music playing and the neighbors seemed to be renters like myself. So I didn't have a problem with them being too loud or our party being too loud. The place has stair access to the beach which was good. If you bring jet skis, its about a 5 minute drive and you can dock them in front of the house which was convenient. So bring some anchors. The one thing I disliked was that maintenance had to be done, i.e. door lock had to be replaced but I was ok with that. Not the owners fault. Overall, the place was clean & comfy, the beds were ok and A.C. worked flawlessly. Washer, dryer and stove worked.These are the things I cared about. I would stay here again simply because your 12 minutes away from the Malecon (rockodile/main street). The people here were very friendly, this condo was in a safe place, next to other nice condos and best of all, the pineapple guy comes around to serve you piña coladas or coconuts with Rum. I hope this gives you a good feeling of the place.
