Maximum flexibility for groups or families: the third bedroom can be prepared with two single beds or as a comfortable double bedroom. An additional single bed can be added for groups of up to 7 guests. Please let us know your preference at the time of booking.



Your stay is designed around privacy and comfort. You will have at your full disposal:



• Total exclusivity: the entire luxury apartment, the large private lakefront porch, and the internal laundry are for your exclusive use.

• Elite shared areas: access to the designer pool and beautifully maintained Mediterranean gardens is reserved exclusively for the villa’s few guests (only 4 units in total), ensuring an atmosphere of exceptional tranquility and ample personal space.

• Private parking: two reserved spaces in the underground garage, with direct and secure access to the property. The garage is connected to the floor via a convenient elevator and internal staircase.

• Freedom of movement: you are free to access the pool during daytime hours, with respect for the privacy of other residents.
