Very outdated, I guess once a classic that wants to be called vintage, but it isn’t. Mhe! The area is surrounded by homeless and there is very little to do and see around. Everything is closed. And for the price they charge, the service is awful and insufficient. Just like the area it’s in: it’s in decline.

Se me hizo muy elevado el costo con respecto lo que ofrece en hotel, estacionamiento muy caro 45 usd por noche, el hotel es bueno, un poco antiguo, pero bien, limpieza y amabilidad muy buenos, pero si es muy caro

No me gusto que cobran $45 noche para estacionamiento es muy caro me estacioné enfrente en un estacionamiento de $24 noche y adicional no me gusto para EXTRA $25 por noche es un engaño de tarifa no ser tan transparentes

Todo bien
El hotel muy bien, algunos ruidos luego de las habitaciones de arriba pero en realidad no era algo que molestaba. El personal muy atento pero no me gustó que el estacionamiento fuera tan caro a pesar de estar hospedado en el hotel. La alberca algo fría que pudieran arreglar aclimatando un poco pero la limpieza increíble y la pasamos muy bien en general

I ADORED the Westgate hotel: room, pool/spa, Sunday afternoon tea were all fabulous. The staff were friendly and helpful. I miss the era of the classic, elegant, luxury hotel and Westgate hit all the marks. The property itself is glorious, walkable to everything, but so many homeless makes the surrounding area just smelly and sad.

This was our 4th stay at the westgate and it has been consistently nice. The rooms are quiet with comfortable bedding. I do wish room service stayed open a little later as our flight had been delayed and by the time we got there, the kitchen had closed 10 minutes ago. Breakfast is always good. Gabriel took care of us all three mornings and was an amazing personality to have at the hotel. He remembered things we had told him, gave suggestions, and clearly cared about us-after the three days, he felt like family!!! Thanks Gabriel-we will be back this summer for another weekend getaway and will come see you for sure! Thanks Westgate, until next time!!

Staff was fantastic, everyone we spoke to was so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Spa and pool area were amazing, with a really impressive gym setup. My girls were so excited about how "fancy" everything was, it was super fun to see their reaction to everything. The hotel has a little visible age, but everything was in great working order and was fun to explore. Also, the shower in our room had the best water pressure I have ever had in my life!

Some staff members - those in n lobby especially went beyond the call of being helpful!👏 However, a waiter in the dining room on floor two could use training in checking back to tables, and alerting when there is a 30 minute wait between placing the order and having it delivered and delivered only because we went into the kitchen and asked what was going on. The order was so delicious we ALMOST forgave his lack of care. I the bottom line I look forward to returning to the hotel again.

Properties were experiencing issues with flooding and no in room wi-fi . However the staff did a wonderful job in accommodating guests while they resolved structural issues.

Omar at the front desk really kicked off our stay for our anniversary, the valet guys (especially Al & Fernando) were complete class acts, and George was a wonderful bartender. The staff was even more impressive than the luxurious decor…like “go down playing their instruments on the Titanic” impressive. We’ll gladly come back! Pro tip…just pay to park in the hotel’s valet and save yourself the headache.
