Great vacation house

Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience than I had with the host and staying at this house. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and OB but still quiet. The views from the house are incredible. The beach is a short drive or a 15-20 minute walk away. Endless food options. Close to other areas in San Diego that visitors would want to check out. The house itself was also beautiful and well maintained. My entire family of all ages had a great time! The host was also very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Hot tub on the roof

Everything was as advertised. House was perfect for our family of 11. Everyone had plenty of space to do their own thing or be part of the whole group. Would recommend this house to anyone with a large group.

Amazing house for a group getaway

This house has amazing views from all levels. We were in town of a Team USTA sectional and love being able to stay all together in this lovely home. Big beautiful kitchen, large dining table and roof top hot tub. Also plenty of parking!

The house was beautiful and conveniently located to a lot of different activities around San Diego. It comfortably fit our group of 8 adults and 3 kids. The views from the roof, balcony and dining area can't be beat.

Wedding Weekend

Our daughter was getting married at Sunset Cliffs and the reception was at the Marina Village. We are all from northern CA and we wanted to choose a location that was close to both venues for our stay. We couldn't have chosen a better location. The home was amazing and easily accommodated all 8 adults and some occasional visiting family members. The home was amazing, and there was plenty of room for all of us. Jill was very helpful and was always there for us when we had questions. We loved the place so much, we are going to plan another stay in the future, when we have time to actually do some vacation things. We were all so busy getting things lined up for the wedding, we didn't have all that much time for touring the area, but we did venture out a few times and walked to the pier. The views from this place are AMAZING, pictures don't tell the whole story, the views are breathtaking. Thank you again Jill for all your help and allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. I highly recommend this place.

She's Always Watching

The views are amazing, the house is spacious however we would not book this place again for one reason:the host. We arrived, she sized us up and informed us that her neighbors would be watching our every move. We were there to celebrate our son's college graduation with two sets of grandparents and our children 17 and up.The evening of the graduation, we invited our son's girlfriend and her parents over for dinner. They were there for a total of 3 hours. The host claims this breaks her policy, for that we apologize. It was 7pm, no music, drinking or loud talking, yet the host called and claimed the neighbor said we had too many people coming in and out of the house. Strange? Were they counting people? Is the host watching her multiple cameras? She texted my wife, during dinner and demanded that she call her immediately and explain herself. We were flabbergasted by this. At no point during our stay were we disrespectful to the property or the neighbors. We have texts from her saying that the number of people we had sleeping over was okay. Some days we had 5 and other days we had 12. She said it was ok, then charged us 2 weeks after we left. For the amount we paid, we feel there are more updated, premium properties to choose from. Based on previous negative reviews, you can gather from her responses that she wont take responsibility for any issues with her property but will cast negative aspersions on her guests. If you don't want people to use your house, don't rent it out.

Wonderful property!

Property was perfect for our family reunion. The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to make great meals and sit 9 adults comfortably. Jill was responsive and helpful. Location is convenient to many great restaurants and SD attractions.

Gorgeous Views

Nestled on the top of Point Loma, overlooking the endless expanse of the ocean, stands a charming house with a view that steals the show. The highlight of this house is undoubtedly the rooftop hot tub, offering a luxurious retreat where one can unwind while soaking in stunning panoramic views. It's a perfect spot to relax. We spent quite a bit of time at the kitchen table enjoying the views. The charming nautical décor was amazing. The warmth and comfort of this space make it a welcoming haven for relaxation and enjoyment.

The pictures online do not do the view justice. The sunset at the dining room table was amazing. The owner was very responsive when we had a heat issue the first night. Interesting nautical dacor. Thank you Jill for a great vacation.

Tennis Team Weekend

We were in town for the Trilevel National Tournament and wanted a fun place to stay with our team in the heart of San Diego. A short drive to amazing restaurants, stores and Barnes Tennis Center. The Views were just incredible any time of day. Jill was very informative and easy to work with. A very memorable trip, and we finished 6 out of 16 teams nationally. A great experience all around.

Family wedding trip

We had a wonderful stay at Jill’s home! Our family came from the East coast for my sons wedding. The house was spacious with spectacular views and amazing sunsets. It was perfect for all our needs and the fenced in yard added privacy and space for our little French bulldog! The kitchen was amazing with unique nautical fixtures, which was so nice as my son and daughter in law are both in the Navy. Jill was so accommodating and friendly. The house was just perfect for us!! I highly recommend this home! Thank you Jill!!

Excellent property and space

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped for us to cook many meals and the dining area had enough seating to accommodate our large family. The children loved having an outdoor space to play in and the guest quarters allowed for privacy. This house is located in a quiet part of Ocean Beach and within 10-15 mins of most things you would want to do while in San Diego.

Spacious with Great Views!

We had multi-generational family getaway and this home housed us well. It was spacious and comfortable with great views of the ocean and evening fireworks from SeaWorld. Communication with the host was excellent. Jill was quick to respond and always available. Check in and check out was simple. Be aware the home is situated on a hill and the driveway has an incline. Amazing views!

Property is nicely located with convenient beach access and other attractions. House has incredible ocean views from its various balconies and windows. Jill is a terrific owner.. very responsive to questions and needs. The yard and patios are large enough for family gathering and play. Kitchen well equipped. The good news is it is close to the airport… the drawback is… it is close to the airport. But even with that, we loved our time in this beautiful home!

The property was well appointed and comfortable. Walking distance to beach with a more difficult walk back, but god exercise. House wasn’t ready at check in and owner stayed around a bit to finish. Overall we had a great stay.

Wonderful hostess and property

This home made our family gathering a relaxed time to enjoy each other. 9 adults and 2 young children gathered from around the country. The location was ideal for multiple airport pickups and drop offs. There was plenty of space and gorgeous views. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of room for the groceries we brought. We went to the zoo, Cabrillo, Torrey Pines, and Coronado. Jill is a wonderful communicator and was very flexible with us. It was great to meet her as we left. The neighborhood is quiet, parking is abundant, and the location is great. We would love to visit again!
