Great Location

Location was awesome!! Place was a little small but we were not in San Diego to be inside. Had everything we needed. We had a small issue with one of the beach chairs. Property manager responded right away and brought a new chair. We would stay her again!!

Fine stay BUT….

Good location, lots of young people partying so needed to wear eye plugs at night, overall a good facility. BUT…VERY dangerous arrangement of cabinets and bed location resulted in VERY NARROW space between bed/ cabinet and bedroom. Walk space was 12-16 inches. I continuously scraped myself on knobs and cabinet and stumbled over the bedpost. Several days later my partner tripped over the projecting bed and fell hard and broke a bone in her hand. She also suffered badly bruised ribs. We needed to leave the next day- cutting short our stay - to see a hand surgeon in Tucson. I communicated this information to the managers of the facility. To their credit, they indicated they would look into removing the cabinet and ( I hope ) rearrange the bed. That’ it. A very solid place but poor and dangerous arrangement of the sleeping quarters. Beach vaca

Great long weekend between pacific beach and mission bay. The location is great. Space is small but worked perfect for me and my husband. Lots of construction so when we arrived workers were parked in the available spot, called property managers and never got a return call. We’re able to speak with the workers and they moved quickly. There’s no a/c but was cool enough at night. They provide several fans that helped a lot. Overall a great stay and close to everything!

VRBO disappointment

Furniture is from a juvenile patio set. No air conditioning and not mentioned on advertisement. Leaving instructions are to load dish washer. What dish washer ? View of bat, what view ?

Immaculate, close to everything

We had a great stay - the space was updated, clean, and close to beach and bay. Walked to coffee every morning - lots of restaurants close by. The building has 3 units but we never heard the other families staying there. Great little gem.

Excellent location in safe neighborhood

Loved this charming property for my daughter and I as we were in town checking out colleges. Unit is advertised accurately for top unit. Unit is clean, good for 1 person or 2 max., has been newly remodeled and includes the basics. Leaving windows open at night cooled unit down adequately for us but definitely gets toasty in the day (we stayed out and about so wasn't an issue for us). Location is fantastic in a safe and quiet neighborhood with easy walking distance to Pacific Beach and Mission beach areas/boardwalk (across the street and one row back from the bay) with Ralph's grocery store 10 min walk, bike rentals 5 min walk, lots of great restaurants and icecream/shave ice within 5-10 min walk (in both directions: Mission beach area and Pacific beach area), and great shopping in Pacific beach area. We had a small rental car and parking worked great for us. Washer and dryer are located in closet outside the unit (plan to wash clothes outside of the hours of 10A-3P). Management company was very prompt with communication and instructions for check in, check out and parking were all easy to follow. Wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely look to stay here again the next time we are visiting.

Perfect Location

This is a very comfortable and clean property located in North Mission Beach - closer to the Bay side - but a short walk to either Beach or Bay. Easy walking to restaurants/Ralph's/rentals. The kitchen and bathroom had all the amenities. We will be back for sure!!
