Great location
The house was clean and comfy. It was close to everything (SeaWorld, Port, SD Zoo). Had everything we neede (except Washer and dryer), but there were laundry places around. I was surprised how quiet it was considering it was close to traffic. Would recommend!

Perfect for our needs
Just two moms and 2 teens looking for some fun and sun. We booked The Sand Dollar Villa- it was close to everything and super clean. The hosts were quick to respond to our comments, it's easy to see why they have an excellent rating. Thanks for sharing the SDV with us! Great Stay!
Awesome, cozy little spot. Great location central to everything you need. Short drive to the beach. Everything was as described. Owner communication was great. Overall, really nice stay and we'd totally book again!

Great place to stay!
The Sand Dollar Villa was very clean and the owners were very responsive. It’s on a busy street but the private parking space was perfect. Was worried about road noise but bedrooms are away from the street and we never heard a thing. Would definitely stay again.

Great weekend stay!
The property is excellent. Super clean and just as shown in the pictures. Check-in was easy and the hosts were great. The traffic on the street was busy at times but nothing that was overly disruptive. The television was a little tricky - instructions would have been helpful. I highly recommend this property - outstanding.

Nice visit
Probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve ever experienced. Appreciated a lot about the stay - location was fantastic, parking was very easy and steps away from the front door, and even though the place was on a semi-busy street, there was no road noise that you could hear once you closed the door. The place had everything you needed regarding kitchen items and bathroom supplies. The TV was a little confusing. Living room and kitchen area furnishings were modest, but the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The weather was a little cool and the furnace was effective, but it was dated as there wasn’t a wall thermostat. You had to open the bottom of the unit and turn the knob to adjust the heat.

We are glad you found our home to be the cleanest VRBO experience. Our Mid-Century Modern home does have it's unique charm. Regarding the heater, many Pacific Beach homes have wall heaters, as we experience beautiful sunny tropical weather all year round. We are very glad you enjoyed it!... Great location
This property is located in a great spot. Apears to be recently updated and very lite inside. However located on a very busy five-lane street. Bring your earplugs. Traffic noise is constant. Also, bedrooms worked out great for us we were only three adults. Couldn't imagine anything more than a child could sleep in the pull out bed. The couch is an IKEA uncomfortable couch situation. Also, luckily we paid for optional insurance as the paper towel holder in the kitchen broke and the owner filed a $15 claim against the insurance.

Garnet is not a 5 lane St. The extra traffic noise was due to rerouted traffic due to recent street repairs in the area, which is now complete in Pacific Beach. Great experience
Loved the home! Check in was easy, the house was very clean and welcoming. Great location. Easy walk into town, the bay and the beach. Comfortable beds and actually very quiet even though on a main road. Found a great Italian and Spanish restaurant within walking distance. The host were easy to reach and very supportive. Loved our stay and definitely will be back

Sand Dollar
This was by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. My wife is very picky and she give Sand Dollar an A+++. Not only was it clean but it was extremely well equipped, it lacked nothing. The location was great we walked to different restaurants each day. The beautiful sandy beach was just a short drive away. We loved our stay there.

Wonderful Stay
We had a lovely stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. They did everything they could do meet our needs- even got us measuring cups for the kitchen. There space is well maintained, simple, and clean. The property is close to beaches, attractions, and great restaurants. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Great Little Place in Pacific Beach
Property was just as advertised, clean and cute. Location is great, alot of options to walk to for Restaurants and Grocery stores. The walk to the beach is not bad, felt really safe in the area. Very close to Seaworls and the zoo.

Perfect home away from home!
We absolutely loved everything about the Sand Dollar Villa! The photos don’t do it justice, every detail was perfect from the stylish decor throughout, to the well-appointed and spotless kitchen and bathroom. Bonnie and Art provided everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy home away from home. The beds were very comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and communication via the VRBO app was easy. Bonnie even messaged us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. 10/10 highly recommend! The location was central to everything - just a quick drive to all our main areas of interest (Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Downtown, etc). Nice place to stay in a great location
My family (2 adults and 3 teens) enjoyed our stay at San Dollar Villa. It was a great location and convenient to many things that San Diego has to offer. It was great to be close to the beach but it was also not too far from the airport and Balboa Park. The home was clean, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked enough for a quick and easy meal, and there was adequate space for us to be together in one room. Overall it was a good stay.

Absolutely lovely stay
House was exactly as pictured and super clean. Towels, linens, toilet paper all quality. Host has thought of everything and you will be very comfortable. My family of four had plenty of space and we were able to cook meals when we got tired of going out. Beds were comfy. Great location for all major San Diego attractions. House is on very busy, loud street but not too big of a deal. Parking space off street was wonderful. Host was very quick to respond to messages. Grocery right down the street. Only one tv in living room but we watched movies together and all fit on the couch pulled out. Absolutely loved our stay. It was perfect and would highly recommend.

Other than a little difficulty finding the home in the dark using Uber, we were very satisfied.
We had a very nice stay. Bonnie was very accommodating and helpful when we had questions. The home was clean and had the basic amenities we needed to be comfortable.

Super Clean in Pacific Beach
The SandDollar house in Pacific Beach was perfect for our family Christmas stay. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. Bonnie provided coffee and tea which was a nice bonus. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing a few meals. The Christmas decorations out front were a nice touch to add to our stay away from home for the holidays!

Wonderfull stay !
The property met our expectations. The location is perfect, close to beaches , restaurants and grocery. Finding the house initially was challenging S google takes you to the back street but once that is sorted out.. we had no other concerns. We would absolutly stay here again 👍
