Our home is clean and comfortable, though not newly renovated. Some fixtures or paint may show normal cosmetic wear typical of a beach home and may not be fully reflected in the listing photos.

⚠️ Note for Larger Vehicles – Street parking is available, but availability may be limited.

The Neighborhood:

Mission beach offers a wide variety of local entertainment and hot spots and fun beach and water activities. Belmont Park is the centerpiece of Mission Beach tourism, along with adjoining 30,000 square foot outdoor Wave House entertainment complex.



Getting Around:

Walk to everything in Mission and Pacific Beach. There is a public bus, bus number 8, that runs along the beach and also heads to Old Town Trolley Station where you can catch trollies, buses and Amtrak train.



Other Things to Note:

🚫 No parties, events, or loud gatherings — this is a peaceful beach retreat, not a party spot!

🔈 As this is a ground-floor apartment, some light noise from the upstairs unit may be heard at times — just a heads up.

🏡 Please note: This is an older beach property, and while it’s clean and comfortable, some fixtures and finishes may be slightly dated.
