This bright and spacious 3 bedroom apartment is close to everything in Ocean Beach! The beach is 1.5 blocks away, its location is easily walkable to shops, pubs/restaurants and entertainment venues. This 850 square foot rental is located on the main street level.

The open living room faces Bacon Street and contains plenty of windows to take advantage of ocean breezes. The sofa and loveseat are arranged to view the wall-mounted 65” flat-screen TV. The kitchen is part of the same open space, allowing easy flow between the areas. The dining area has a custom-built oak table with upholstered bench seating, and additional cube ottomans that can be moved around for desired seating combinations. The quartzite kitchen countertops, modern appliances, plenty of cabinet storage and well-equipped kitchens allow easy meal preparation. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, stainless steel pots and pans, and a Ninja blender.

The bathroom has an overhead rain shower and a hand-held shower with multiple towel racks and hooks.

Each of the three bedrooms features a queen bed, closet and wall mirror.

The unit also contains heating and air conditioning, access to a washer/dryer (located in the garage), and free Wi-Fi.

Guests are given an electronic key code to access the apartment. One parking space is provided.

Guests are required to verify their identity with our third-party provider before check-in. To provide our guests and properties with extra protection, guests agree to pay a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

Conveniently located 5 miles from the San Diego International Airport, Ocean Beach offers many recreational activities, walkable access to restaurants, pubs, shopping, and community events, and hosts the longest concrete pier on the west coast.

It is easy to get around by walking in Ocean Beach! Ample street parking is available. Bicycles and e-bikes are also available to rent nearby.

The apartment is furnished with bath towels, beach towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron/ironing board, a Pack N Play and high chair. Beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrellas are also availble for guests to use.
When enjoying the beach, please wash off sand or remove sandy shoes before entering. Please also use broom and dustpan to keep sand out of the unit.

If bringing a pet, please inform us of the breed and size of your dog.

Unattended Pets: Crate-trained dogs may be left alone for reasonable periods if securely crated and not disruptive. Guests must remain reachable and be able to return or arrange care if barking, howling, or other issues occur. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.
