We really enjoyed our stay, it had everything we needed and was conveniently located close to town. Our host was kind enough to bring a replacement hairdryer when I messaged that ours was broken. The only issue was that we paid for a certain parking stall and when we arrived that stall was not available due to another guest being in the wrong stall, this happened several times. But we understood it was not the hosts fault and we were still able to park on site. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Studio
Stayed 3 nights at the studio. Very clean, updated, and great location. Just a few minutes from the airport so there is some plane noise but the air conditioner really covers that up in the hot months. Great mobile coffee bar just a block away and another food shop. My daughter lives here so we will be back!

Great location.
Toilet needs work with the flushing.
Coffee pot not user friendly. Did not use it.
More toilet paper and rolls of papers needed.
Lock box was a problem on arrival.
Bought coffee most mornings from the girls in the
trailer about 50 yards away.
Space for a 36 inch fridge, but has a 24 inch fridge.

Great stay
Stayed here by myself for a recent conference. Easy check in process. Quick access to interstate and short drive to downtown. Room was clean and had everything that I needed. Plenty of street parking if have a car and very close to airport. There were a few homeless people outside at night but they were harmless.

Great Studio
The studio was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in, and I am a neat freak. The studio is centrally located to everything in Old Town and close to the highway. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again.

My only issue with this was the parking. The owner told us that there was only street parking and there was plenty available. There was not, especially on friday/saturday night as the property is so close to Old Town.

Convenient, Cozy & Clean!
Really enjoyed our stay! It's freeway close which made it minutes to everywhere we wanted to go in San Diego. It had vaulted high ceilings, comfy bed and recently renovated interior. The unit was clean and had everything we need to prepare simple meals and store our food and drinks! Would definately rent again!

Ticket to old town
You simply can not beat the location of this property. 2 minutes to Old Town and 10 minutes to mission bean and sea world.
Really my only gripe with this place is that the owner failed to mention prior to booking that the power would be going out on our second night...which really wasnt a big deal but letting people know would have been apprecaited instead of getting there and just finding out.
Also...dont plan on cooking anything at the apt. They have incredibly sensitive fire alarms and one went off in someones room one night and the whole complex was forced to stand outside for an hour while the FD took its sweet time to get there (about 40 min)
So if you are looking for just a place to crash while you are on vacation this is a great place but dont book for the amenities

It was a great little apartment and close to everything.
it was a quiet area, but easy to walk to things or a short drive to the beaches and other areas of interest. sometimes the street is packed, so parking can be a little tricky at times, but that is everywhere....:)

In short great location with easy access to eVery thing we wanted to see! The bed isn’t the most comfortable after a few nights that’s my biggest complaint. Also the door in the ceiling by the bathroom sink started leaking all in my luggage in the middle of the night. It stopped by the morning but I have no idea what it was or what caused it from above.
