This is a cute spot just steps from the Bay. My husband and I really love walking both the bay boardwalk and the beach boardwalk, this has the best of both worlds due to the location. The house was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed her the past 3- 4 years and have loved it. I will say I was a bit disappointed this visit, the couch had some stain on the cushion's, the rug in the living room is looking very dated and stained and 1/2 of the glass shower door was missing and replaced with a curtain. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas and all but one umbrella was broken where the pole goes into the ground and my chair was broken. Also, the air conditioner drips dark water down the wall and stains it. For the price that we pay I think some updates are needed. We hope to be back and some updates to be done soon.

Cute upstairs beach apartment

Cute little apartment, clean, and modern amenities. We weren’t prepared for the this walls and bright lights outside though. The “check-in” process was well explained, just be sure to read the description so you make sure you find the right place. The description does say to take your shoes off when entering so as not to be too loud for the downstairs unit residents. But the sounds go both ways, we heard

As advertised

The apartment is clean and the AC was exceptional. Parking is challenging, so plan ahead for that. Just a couple minute walk to the beach side and very close to restaurants and fun. Would stay again!

Excellent Beach area Rental

If you like being by the bay & ocean this is your place to stay in San Diego. The one bedroom has been nicely updated and was very comfortable for my wife & I. Aaron the host was always available for assistance our whole stay. Will definitely consider renting it again in the future.

Best since 2009

I have been coming to San Diego since 2009 when my son started college at USD. We have rented VRBO in Mission Beach, Pacific Beach and Ocean Beach and once in North Park. This was the best one yet! Recently redone, well stocked kitchen (for those of us who like to cook a definite plus! ) fluffy towels, nicely furnished, close to the beach and bay side. They have beach chairs, umbrellas etc and laundry on site. They were very responsive to questions and did all they could to accommodate! Highly recommend this unit from Vacation Rentals by Aaron. I’ll be back!!!

Good stay

It was a good stay, with the property manager being prompt and responsive. The two hiccups we had were a clogged toilet and hot water stopped running but the property manager offered some solutions.

Sweet spot!

The apartment was conveniently located between the bay and the beach! It was clean and had everything we needed! It was perfect for us. Parking is a bit of challenge but we lucked out and were usually able to park close by. We would certainly stay again!

Great place, great location

This place was perfect for my husband and me. Everything seems new and super clean and the bed was really nice. It has everything you need including coffee. In addition to being steps from the bay and ocean, it was walking distance to restaurants and shops. It's nice to be on the bayside because it is quieter. I would stay again.

Amazing place, would stay again

So Aaron was totally communicative and made everything so easy to follow. He even messaged to make sure I got in okay! I felt cared for. The place was a perfect place to be. The renters staying in the adjacent VRBO were insanely loud till 1:30a and smoking a lot on the property. That was a bit deterring at night; but, otherwise the area is actually super quiet safe, homey, comfy, and the perfect beach getaway.

17 day stay

Wonderful condo, in a perfect location. Close to everything. We rode bikes or walked everywhere during our stay. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. On-site laundry was a plus. Aaron would quickly respond when we had a question. Would definitely stay here again.
