No hay transporte tiene uno que hablar y no reconocieron la reserva y tubo que llamar Hotels.com luego de mala gana llego el conductor por la Huesped al aeropuerto de San Diego y de mamá gana la recibió el asistente. Pidio de regreso a la tres de la Mañana y dijeron que el servicio empezaba a las cuatro y media . No se pudo quedar y perdió su dinero y el lugar apartadimo y malo y es el hotel Holliday express . Es un abuso

Convenient hotel close to the airport (with a free shuttle that works perfectly) and, thus, to the old town too. Reasonable price, even booking last minute. Breakfast is quite decent (and free, as in all Holiday Inn hotels). And the small gym was fine. A bit noisy though being so close to the highwaY

The location is great however, this hotel is too expensive for what it is. I paid 1080 for three nights last week. Also they seem to have a permanent problem in the system because our toilet would not flush properly and the paper never got flushed. We called someone to fix it and it did not get fixed, so next day we called again and the maitnance (the second one) told us that they have a slow system and so the water pressure is not good in the whole hotel. I was not to happy to everytime have to push the toilet paper into the toilet water in hopes that it would get flushed. I usually like holiday inn express for the price and quality but this made me realize that some holiday inn express are not up to standards. Also they had offered me a rate of $265 for each night, and my boyfriend was there at the front destk when they offered us at this price since we stayed for 4 nights. Then the miscommunication of the front desk personel the girl at the front desk lied to us and said that she never mentioned 265, but she did, she said its ok we can make all nights the same price, now when we went to pay, she lied and said the price remains at at 365. For me, there is nothing worse than to be lied to by the costumer service people who made the mistake to tell us this so we could remain in the hotel only to charge us the full price. This is very sneaky way to do things.. I will not be paying almost $400 a night for a place not worth it.

Liked that they had an airport shuttle. Didnt like that it wasn't close to anything to walk to, and they didnt have a hot tub.

Although right next to I-5, the sound-proofing was excellent. The room with a king-sized bed was appropriately sized although the bathroom was a bit small. Linen service was provided each day (yay!) and parking was convenient. In a busier time of year, the parking spaces would be too small for an SUV or truck. Overall, great property.
