Just for the night
Might not be the best option price-quality, but felt safe for the night. There’s some opportunities for soundproofing as we could hear everything from the corridor. If you wake up with the slightest noise, this is not the best option. Cleanliness wise, it was just ok, attached is an example with the lotion dispenser. Water is not complimentary. There’s soap bars, shampoo, conditioner and lotion in the bathroom. Also hairdryer, tissue, towels and one extra toilet paper. Check in was fast. If we didn’t ask for our complimentary breakfast, lobby staff would not have given it to us. Parking is not included in the stay, it was $15 extra. And users park in two spaces as there’s no one checking in the parking lot. The restaurant staff was very nice, offered us drinks and also prepared waffles for us. Also the staff over the phone was very nice and patient when we asked how to connect to WiFi. Gym not very big, but good for a quick workout; has some bikes, escalators, treadmills and other machines and 1 yoga mat. There’s water and towels. Would we stay there again? 50/50 chance

No sé si regresaría
Me hicieron un cobro de 4dlls sin razón. Las habitaciones sucias y viejas. Si aceptan mascotas es necesario tener habitaciones para ello. Todo el hotel huele a perro y se escuchan y ladran por la noche. No funcionaba un elevador por lo que era eterno llegar y salir de las habitaciones.

El estacionamiento lo cobra el hotel y es abierto, no hay seguridad y la primera noche nos rompieron el cristal del auto. El hotel no se hizo responsable de nada y la actitud nunca fue para asesorarnos o incluso tratar de compensar el mal momento que pasamos. El servicio al cliente es muy malo, seguramente no es la primera vez ya que tienen letreros que no se hacen responsables por robos o vandalismo, pero aún así te cobran el estacionamiento.

The hotel room was spacious. But when I wanted to use the mini fridge, there was mold spot inside and the smell was terrible. I was not able to use the fridge. In addition, there are yellow stain spots on the bedsheet.

Rooms NOT serviced daily. There should be enough coffee and towels in the room for the # of people room sleeps/reserved for. Silly parking is extra cost! Hotel is not located in busy downtown/ocean front area, parking should be included. The stay was adequate but will consider staying elsewhere next time I visit SD

There's a very nice gym. The kiosk next to front desk is neat and convenient. I may be too sensitive with neighbors’ noise though, I could hear upstairs and next door.
