Dave and Kelle were awesome hosts and the property was amazing! A short walk to the bay and awesome restaurants and a short Uber to everything else in Dan Diego. The view is incredible and the room is clean and comfortable with anything you could possibly need. We are looking forward to staying there again soon!

Once booked, Dave sent us detailed pages about how to get there and a wonderful guide on the area itself. This was really a one-day San Diego and neighboring cities trip so we didn’t get to experience the nearby neighborhood as much but the stay itself was great and would consider going back.The hosts were accommodating and friendly about our very late arrival due to flight delays and early departure. They had plenty of towels accessible which was helpful for the space in the bathroom. They put out wine for us that we didn’t have time to enjoy but thought was so, so nice. If you’re the type to want to get to know the hosts and feel like part of the home, this is the spot for you to take in a view and take opportunities to chat with them! Overall, felt safe here in the home and neighborhood as two women who popped by to the city before heading to another destination.Piju the cat was so cute and made sure the neighborhood was safe as well.

Dave and his wife were wonderful hosts and took care of anything that was needed. The house itself was wonderful and even better in person! The only note I would mention was the bed was a little hard, but that did not take away from the overall experience and place!

Absolutely wonderful, charming, and beautiful property. The location was great for walking to the nearby restaurants, the harbor, and Shelter Island. We felt safe and had no trouble finding parking on the street. We were spoiled with views of the bay and San Diego skyline, and even caught a couple of beautiful sunrises from the relaxing balcony. The space was clean, we slept comfortably, and there was plenty of dresser and closet space for our things. Dave and Kelle are welcoming, gracious, and generous hosts and eager to assist in any way they can. I highly recommend this property to anyone who does not have difficulty with stairs, as needed to get to the 2nd level. We hope to be back. Thank you, Dave and Kelle.

Dave and Kelle’s place was perfect for our long weekend in San Diego. The location is great, walkable to local restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for the two of us, with all of the amenities we needed. The hospitality that Dave and Kelle showed was beyond all expectations and really enhanced our stay. The views of the city are incredible - we spent plenty of time out on the patio. We’d love to come back!

The hosts are very nice and Dave provided excellent information about local things to do during our stay. However, the rental unit is below their residence so you don’t have much privacy and they make a lot of noise above you while walking around and playing loud music.We loved the Point Loma area!

Nice couple very friendly. It is a cute comfortable space with a spacious patio. There is a great view and accommodations were good as was the pricing. Forgot to check if washer/dryer, however, the laundromat was close. Pot belly stove was nice as temps drop slightly in evening and can be breezy.

The deck is a wonderful extension of the property with an amazing view of the harbor. The proximity to everything made this property very walkable to many amenities and public transportation. The hosts were very accommodating with meeting any of our needs.

Beautiful view! Nice for a solo trip!

Checking in was very easy and instantly fell in love with the balcony view. Walking inside smelled very fresh and clean! I would say the only messy part was the bathroom vanity did not look thoroughly cleaned but all else was very clean!Please note that due to there being a lot of plants and flowers, I spotted many spiders in the unit throughout my stay. If you plan on sitting on the outdoor seating area make sure you give it a good pat down before seating.The unit above I could hear talking, footsteps, and their tv throughout the day, very thin walls. The baseball field in front you can hear at night as well. I wouldn’t say it is a quiet stay but if you are planning on staying busy then this wouldn’t be a problem.I mostly read during the day and went out at night, so I did linger more during the day. It is very beautiful and location is amazing!
