Sam, Jay, & Kat were wonderful hosts and maintained excellent communication throughout our whole trip! They were very accommodating for the check-in process and even gave us a special rate if we wished to extend our stay. The apartment had everything we needed. One thing I would be remiss to not mention is the location. It is not in a safe area. We avoided walking for this reason. Every Uber driver said the same thing. Homeless people surround the building and were doing drugs day and night, fighting, etc. A family staying in the building mentioned their child had been spat on that day. As mentioned, the hosts were wonderful and this is not something in their control, but we did want to mention this to warn people staying alone and for those with children. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and again want to emphasize we understand this is not the fault of the hosts.

Great unit! Close to Gaslamp and Convention Center.

The apartment has everything we needed: a full kitchen, a living room with pullout couch, a bedroom and even a washing machine and dryer. And it's a walking distance to a grocery store, Gaslamp Quarter (about 15 minute walk) and the Convention Center (about 25 minute walk). Be prepared to see homeless on every corner and on the streets as you walk to/from the hotel from the Gaslamp or the convention center. The customer service/landlord was very accommodating and could be easily reached. Pull-out couch has seen better days and was not comfortable. Otherwise, apartment was nice and had a rooftop.

Exactly as advertised

My son and I stayed at this property so we could attend a baseball game at Petco Park. It was exactly as advertised. The apartment was spacious and clean. Although the elevator was not working while we were there, everything else was nice. The walk is long to Petco, but doable. Uber is an option and inexpensive. Plenty of food options in the area.

My wife and i came to visit family for the weekend. Excellent location within walking distance to everything. Clean with ample amenities and a very cool corner view of downtown. We had a great stay!

Great spot for convention stay

I was attending a convention at the San Diego Convention Center. Easy Uber ride or easy 20 min walk. Good restaurants within 2 blocks and a grocery store. Really enjoyed the roof top deck and the in-unit balcony.

The unit was for the most part, Great! There was a few blinds missing, which was a little annoying in the morning in the bedroom. And the cabinet faces were peeling a little bit, but other than that, it was a huge place. They were very good at getting back to me. There was a grocery store across the street and one up the block too. It was near a few restaurants and had a beautiful view of San Diego. I think if the blinds were fixed and the cabinets were fixed, this would be a 10 out of 10. There was also a few really good restaurants nearby.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice, clean, and spacious. Convenient to get to places in San Diego. Can walk or Uber. Owners are very communicative and quick to respond. Would stay again!

Mini Get Away

Spent 3 days at this location. Everything is as listed and as the pictures show. Large place. Plenty of space with wrap around balcony and rooftop space. It’s quiet inside, with everything you need. Parking space is visible from unit entry door, worth the fee. We walked around or Uber and didn’t use our car at all. It was just two of use but the place can easily sleeps 4. Owners communicate well. We would stay here again.

Convenient Downtown Location

The property's accessibility to all things San Diego has to offer is great - very easy access to shopping, grocery, bars/restaurants, theme parks, zoo etc. The property is very well maintained, all the appliances are in great condition and it has nice views to the city. The check-in and check-out process is very easy and the property manager is very responsive.
