El baño si se nos hizo un poco reducido. La habitación si olia un poco a humedad en cuanto entras . No deberian de cobrar por el estacionamiento y menos si se encuentran dentro del Hotel . Un 10 a la Chica de recepción porque nos dejo hacer check in antes de las 4:00 pm. Gracias!!

El personal muy amable, el tamaño del cuarto suite muy pequeño, el espacio dentro del baño se sentia muy apretado incomodo y los muebles muy viejos, el colchon incomodo tambien. Mala actitud y Atención del personal no arreglan los cuartos solo cada tercer día y no cambian las sábanas, el costo no es de los más económicos pero no para no arreglar las habitaciones supimos de muchos contagios en San Diego de COVID y esto aumenta el riesgo la poca limpieza y cuidados .. no volveré A este hotel el Depósito no lo regresan hasta después de 7 días (hay comentarios de huéspedes de más de 22 días) mala experiencia en este Hotel aunque está bien ubicado.

By not going into your room every day we are actually reducing the risk of exposure to COVID for both you and our team members. In regards to the deposit, it is released on our end the day a guest departs and it depends on how long the back takes to process it. El hotel requiere remodelaciones mayores, ya estan muy anticuadas y desgadas ciertas area, las camas estaban muy cómodas pero es sofa cama ya estaba muy desgastados se sentian todos los resortes. Debes de pedir la limpieza y no lo dicen en el check in llegamos a nuestra habitacion y oh sorpresa. Mi habitacion escuchabas todo el ruido del freeway. Bien si solo llegas a dormir y no piensas estar ahi

No cuentan con suficiente personal en recepción para atender y tarda muchísimo, tuve problemas con mi llave y no podía entrar a mi habitación, y tuve que formarme media hr para poder entrar y mis hijos estaban en el suelo esperando entrar y ya era de noche, entramos y era el segundo día que no nos hacían la limpieza, el trato de la chica de recepción fue muy grosero, estacionamiento malo y caro

The location was perfect and close to Old Town, The Seaport, Fashion Valley Mall, Gas Lamp Quarters, Petco, the zoo and downtown San Diego. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.

The property is very affordable and convenient. The rooms are not in the best condition. They have paint on the tables, old gum in the carpet, bed sheets with stains and old trash stuck between cabinets. The drains were about to get clogged, the water took forever to leave for both the toilets and the shower. Nonetheless, the staff was really friendly. I could not complain about the price. I got the room with the double bed and the bunk beds. Perfect for my two daughters, son, me, and my husband. They provide free buffet breakfast which is very rare nowadays. We used the pool and jacuzzi, my family had fun. Our stay was mainly to have somewhere to sleep while we visited theme parks.

The staff was phenomenal. Netzer from security went above and beyond. As a group of single women visiting from out of state we felt so safe and he was so helpful. The manager was very kind and attentive. He made sure our stay was memorable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The AC was freezing cold the way we like. The breakfast has plenty of options. The parking situation wasn't my favorite but that's just how San Diego parking goes. All in all for a quick trip it was a great stay for the price. We will be back

Beds are very nice our king size room Was good size. Only thing I suggest is there really isn’t anything in this area, you must get transported only one place to dine, but it’s an amazing steak house.
