We had a great stay at Surfside Beach Escape. The host kept in contact with us and made sure our check in and out went smoothly. The location is great. We could walk to the beach and playground at the park. The house was exactly as advertised with all the amenities we needed. It was a great place for our family, including our 3-year-old grandson. We would definitely stay there again!

Wes and Tahnee were exceptional hosts. They were super kind with any special request I had. Their place was clean, spacious, with a beautiful kitchen that was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable too. Family memories were made there. There was noise from the highway, but acceptable since we use white noise for kids to sleep.

Great place!

Place was clean, well equipped ( the kitchen has everything you need!), extremely comfortable (beds were excellent!), and a great location. Communication was great and the checkout process was easy (no need to strip beds and clean)

Wonderful House

An absolutely fabulous experience! House was perfect, location was amazing, can’t wait to go back!! The house had everything we needed for a fantastic girls weekend and check in and check out process was simple and efficient. Will definitely stay again.

Ideal for Traversing Trestles

Our crew are avid/competitive surfers in town for National Championships every year. This was our first stay at this location and we are hooked! The convenience to Trestles is unmatched (we had e-bikes as well). The place is spacious and perfectly appointed with the necessities We look forward to staying here again!

Fun Time in Sunny California

owners are extremely nice and it's easy conducting business with them. like the location. I5 noise is not unbearable with windows closed.

Property was very good, a bit noisy with traffic but no complaints about the apartment it had everything we needed and was very well appointed, probably could have done with it being a little nearer to downtown but overall a nice property

State beach access

Really good location due to its proximity to the state beach and access to beach trail. Also, the many of the coffee houses and restaurants were within walking distance (about 1-1.5 miles). The kitchen was well equipped although we didn’t use it to its full potential because we visited with other family members staying in Mission Viejo Mi and used their kitchen. The rooftop space was fun, you just need to get use to the traffic noise.

Reunion

We were attending a military reunion and the planning / coordination of several people attending from all over can be stressful. The property was amazing and everything was a breeze (didn’t even have to strip the sheets!). No stress rental which was a relief and allowed us to focus on reuniting. Thanks,

Wonderful- hope to return

Lovely, spacious home with a very well equipped kitchen and wonderfully soft sheets and comfy beds. The traffic noise from the freeway next to the house is pretty loud, making use of the deck in the roof pretty much out of the question.

Better than expected..

Property was in great shape and in an ideal location. Minutes from the pier and several restaurants. I would recommend this property if you need a place near San Clemente.

Great Stay - did you find Bose earbuds?

Wonderful stay - wondering as well where my Bose earbuds went, and the last place I remember having them was in our unit here. Let me know. Thanks - we'd definitely come back. Unit was clean, kitchen well stocked and clean. Nice touch with beach towels and boogy boards available. Thanks!

Perfect home for wedding weekend

We had the absolute best time renting both of these attached units for the weekend of our wedding. The homes were beautiful and connected by the rooftop patio. We used each of the units to get ready the day of the wedding for the bridal party which was very convenient for our photographers/videographers. Wes and Tahnee were wonderful to work with and so accommodating. We can't wait to rent these condos again in the future!

Location was excellent and the property was as presented and accommodated our party perfectly. The only issue we ran into was minimal or ran out of kleenex and toilet paper. We would book to stay here again.

Great location, great property

Stayed here with a group of friends for my brothers wedding. The house was very nice check in was smooth. Location was great. If you stay here definetely check out Big Helen's!

Great San Clemente Property

Wes and Tahnee's place is well-furnished, clean, spacious, modern-you name it. Close to downtown San Clemente (so cute!), restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, and I-5. Highly recommended when in Orange County!

Very clean and nice property

Home was excellent, very clean, great bedding and linens. It’s supplied well with plenty of supplies. Only downfall was the freeway noise since property is located right by freeway. Make sure to bring ear plugs which worked well for us. Rooftop deck was fun.

Amazing stay!

Wonderful long weekend at the townhouse. Extremely clean, comfortable accommodations, reasonably priced! Owners were fantastic, even allowed for an early check in. We look forward to returning soon, as we live in northern LA. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. 🙏🏽

Reunion San Clemente

Myself and my adult children and their spouses stayed in this beautiful place. We loved it and had more than just basic comforts. Owners were very responsive to our few little concerns. Excellent people, beautiful home!!

Spacious with a view!

Loved the generous amount of space this property had to offer. Very comfortable enough for four adults and an infant. We used the master walk-in closet as a private bedroom for our infant's crib! The view from the rooftop was perfect for watching the sun set over the ocean. Gas grill on the patio was perfect for grilling for dinners. Highways are easily accessible from this property. Property owners are super courteous and professional when communicating through messages. They typically respond within a few hours and were very helpful and informative with whatever concerns we had. Would definitely recommend the groups of up to 6 people of all ages. I would stay here again when visiting the Orange County area.
