The overall experience was really good. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our time there.One thing that we did notice, however, was there were a large amount of ants in the bedrooms and kitchen areaOverall, it was a good trip!!

Ants! Lipstick on a pig

Location is awesome! House is poorly upkept, some things are new but others are old, dirty and gross. The couch was full of stains!!!!! Worst part is we had ants EVERYWHERE and when I told vacasa they told the property manager and I was told they would come spray, we were there for a week and NO ONE showed up so we lived with ants for a whole week. Linens have stains, dishes in drawers aren’t clean well. When you are paying 600/night you expect better quality and service. Really disappointed! Our TV broke and we did get a new one the next day. No attempt to remedy the situation of dealing with ants for a week is the biggest disappointed, either fix the issue or make up for it! Next time I’d prefer renting from a private person not a company because the people who actually make decisions aren’t anywhere to be found.

This was our first time staying at a property that wasn't a hotel, and we were very impressed with the freedom it provided. It started off a bit rocky. When we arrived at the property, we found the garage right away but could not locate the front door. The property address was clearly marked but the unit numbers were much more subtle. Took a few minutes and a call to customer service to find the front door. Once inside, we found a clean and modern living space. Clean sheets and towels with some toiletries provided. The deck was nice and clean with ample seating and a gorgeous view. The hot tub was a bit of a disappointment though. I read in the description that it was cleaned on Fridays, and we checked in on a Monday. It had sand in it and the water was a little cloudy. I figured the last tenets must have used it a lot the previous few days, however when the spa cleaning person arrived on the Friday we were still there, and he didn't clean it at all. Still sandy and cloudy. I'm not holding that against the owners or managers, but they should look into their cleaning service providers. We were very close to the beach. About a 7-minute walk. Traffic on the street was fairly light, and we always felt safe when we were out for a walk. The is a free trolley pickup point in the parking lot of the beach. That was a very convenient way to get to the pier, downtown shopping, dining and the outlet mall. Overall, we were thoroughly happy with our visit and did not want to leave.

Okay. Definitely not great.

The online listing is accurate; however, there are some cleanliness items that we couldn’t overlook. 1) The bathroom sink in the primary bedroom wouldn’t drain. Absolutely disgusting. 2) The dishwasher had a horrendous smell coming from it. We didn’t feel comfortable cleaning any dishes in the dishwasher or even opening the dishwasher because of the smell coming from it. 3) The hand soap bottles were just water - clearly trying to save money by refilling empty containers. These are all simple maintenance items that can be taken care of. Having actual hand soap on is also a basic item you expect in a vacation house. We would not recommend this place.

Amazing Views/Location

The place is exactly as listed. Before booking I looked at the reviews and it seems as though they have seen every review and fixed those issues. BEAUTIFUL location and so close to the beach it was amazing. No A/C which I didn’t realize when booking.

Stuffy neighborhood

The accommodations were very nice and we did enjoy the stay. However the zero noise policy after 10 made us feel restricted. Neighbor to the right was kinda militant about us just sitting in the Hot tub after 10pm. He obviously does that on a regular basis. My wife spent the entire weekend whispering after that 🙉 Maybe I missed the review about the strict enforcement about the noise but that was kind of a buzz kill. Great place thou, Thank you.

Excellent, but….

We had an great stay. However, the hot tub was unusable and the kids were disappointed. I tried to contact the property numerous times with no response on the issue. It also stated that it slept 6 (we are a family of 6) however, I would say it slept more like 4-5 depending on how close you are with your family. Great views and great neighborhood!
