Ideal Location

Our crew of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfectly located across from the pier, we were able to go back and forth to the beach, and up the street to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. The house was well supplied with air mattress, and lots of beach equipment: boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs etc. We had a great time.

We have loved San Clemente for a very long time .. at least 24 years! The Clemente Casa surpasses all! The setting and location is perfect with the most Beautiful sunsets right off the front patio! It’s our favorite place to stay in San Clemente.. Beautiful condo and owner, Brian, is so easy to reach and so quick to respond to any questions! We will definitely stay again!!! Thank you!

A Dream Beach Holiday!

A Top 10 Rental – Truly Unforgettable!We absolutely *loved* our stay at this beach house! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and the beautifully designed space. The rooftop spa was the highlight — soaking in the hot tub with an ocean view was pure bliss. The living room was incredibly spacious and perfect for relaxing or spending time with family and friends.Every detail of the home was thoughtfully done, and we felt comfortable and at home the entire time. Brian, the host, was amazing — super accommodating, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. You can tell he truly cares about making your stay perfect.This is hands down one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in — definitely a *Top 10* experience. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

The BEST!!!

This place is absolutely amazing stay. - We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. Our son is a USMC Officer at Camp Pendleton and he lives in San Clemente. The location is fantastic - the place has everything you could ever need or want and your host (Brian) is THE BEST. I only wish it was less expensive - but I always say that and then when I leave - "it was worth every penny..." YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Enjoy the unreal sunsets.

Beautiful Sunsets!!

Absolutely gorgeous, imaculate property directly across from San Clemente pier and Beach. Direct access to restaurants and beach below. Accommodations and kitchen well stocked in addition to a garage full of beach toys. Not to mention a pool table and beautiful bar! No need to leave the area when you stay at this property - a vacation on its own! Manager/owner very responsive to questions/needs!

Perfect Family House.

Brians place was such a find. It just felt good. The energy of the house is beautiful, with the seashells, surfboards and even some family pictures. The kids kept saying we were so lucky to find this place for Labor Day Weekend! The house is very open did not feel crowed with 6 adults and 2 little ones 1-4 years old. Beds were super comfy, Kitchen well stocked. We cooked 2 nights and went out on the 3rd. (Great restaurant called Brussels). Whatever you need they have, there was a stroller, which we used chairs and toys, boogie boards...We brought a wagon plus there was one in the garage. Brian was great with communication as well which was helpful when we got there. Make sure to hit the Gelato place, and the coffee place next door was great too. IT is just the perfect spot for a wonderful family vacation! Thank you Brian. We will be back :)

Front and Center

This property was better than expected. Great views from balconies and roof top deck. User friendly with very nice kitchen and bar. Perfectly centered on the pier, there was people watching galore. Sunsets were framed perfectly from this property. Will be back. JB

Great vacation spot and even better property manager

Love this condo! Excellent location, spacious, incredible view, fully stocked with everything you could need including high chair, playpen, and even toys. The property manager made our stay truly incredible by promptly responding to messsges and their overall friendliness.

Perfect Pier View

Fantastic stay! Everything you could possibly need while on vacation! Great people watching off the patio which made you feel like you are in the middle of it all. So many delicious food options right downstairs. Very easy walking to the shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Location

This property was perfect for our family. We wanted a location close to the pier with a great view and jacuzzi. The property had everything we neeeded. Everything was clean and in working order. We love San Clemente and will be back for sure. The communication with the owner was quick and on point.

The perfect family vacation with college kids

When we walked in we felt like we had just booked a resort comparable to the Ritz with the views, open door patios, and walking distance to everything! I was able to run the beach every morning and access was simple! We ate out one time at the pizza place below and it was fine. The view in this house was too nice to eat out we didn’t want to waste one night out when we could relax at this house and cook a relaxing meal hearing the waves and people watching. Oh and core memories finding Jupiter next to the moon and Orion’s Belt with kids in the hot tub at night on the roof! We will be back!

Lovely home and perfect veiw.

Lovely home with a perfect veiw. This is an excellent adult layout for playing games and relaxing. Modern technology, casting to the tv, WiFi. A few challenges were the numerous stairs. I have a injured knee. The train runs in front of the house. If your sensitive to noise take ear plugs. No closet available in master bedroom. Parking for one car was available. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

Oceanside Escape

This is a magnificent property, looking directly onto the pier. It is roomy, well appointed, great for families & gatherings. We had wonderful sunsets, great beach walks, terrific meals and a relaxing experience. As with any rental, there issues: Dishwasher didn’t work TV system failed to work Ice maker shutdown during stay Manager did what he could & overall these were niggling problems. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Favorite Beach Spot

Great place, great location

A beautiful home, great location, looking down at San Clemente main beach and pier! Be in the middle of the action or simply be able to relax above and see all of it. Ocean breeze, plenty of restaurants within a short walk, a great home with great hosts!

Wonderful Family Time

What a beautiful condo this was. Everthing was so clean and so comfortable. We enjoyed walking across the street to the pier and beach and listening to the ocean at night. The condo had everything we needed for comfort. We played lots of pool. My husband is disabled and he felt quite comfortable most of the time. We definately will return to this condo.
