San Clemente`s downtown pulse sets the rhythm for your stay - Avenida Del Mar`s boutiques, galleries, and local dining are steps from your door, and the beach is close enough that salt air becomes part of your morning routine. This studio is a compact, well-considered base for two, built around ease of arrival, coastal access, and genuine comfort.


The space
The studio accommodates up to 2 guests with a private entrance and keyless self check-in via smart lock - no coordination needed, arrive on your own schedule. Central air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep the interior comfortable no matter how the coastal weather shifts. The layout is efficient without feeling cramped, and clothing storage keeps your gear organized throughout your stay.


Sleeping arrangements
A king bed anchors the room, dressed with bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets. Essentials - towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper - are provided, along with hangers and an iron for longer stays or those who like to travel tidy. A crib is also available if you`re bringing a little one along.


Living & entertainment
A TV and Wifi keep you connected and entertained, while an Ethernet connection is available for those who need a more stable signal. The dedicated workspace makes it easy to handle a few work hours without sacrificing comfort - a genuine plus for bleisure travelers or remote workers extending their stay.


Kitchen & dining
The kitchenette is stocked for light meal prep - refrigerator, freezer, cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper), dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, and a Keurig coffee machine. A dining table for two rounds out the setup, so mornings can start with coffee at home before heading out to explore.



Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with hot water, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products - everything you need to rinse off after a day at the beach and feel settled in.


Beach access & outdoor
The property includes beach access to a nearby beach, and beach essentials - beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are on hand so you can head out without hauling gear from home. It`s the kind of detail that makes a short coastal stay feel effortless.



Location & parking
Downtown San Clemente`s Avenida Del Mar corridor puts shops, restaurants, and local attractions within easy reach on foot. Free parking on premises with a designated space for your unit means one less thing to think about from the moment you arrive.

Additional details
Long term stays are allowed for 28 days or more.
Guests have access to their specific UNIT 3 of the complex. Unit 3 is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

No outdoor music system, please bring your own Bluetooth enabled devices.
