Kim was available anytime I had a question and was very accommodating.Unfortunately, the cliff (in front of a number of properties) gave way awhile back, so we weren’t able to go on the balcony and take advantage of the amazing view. "Overall our stay was great!! The studio was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with Eric was good. He was very quick to respond and helped us out by accommodating an early check in. Its clear he cares about his guests very much. Our only disappointment was that the listing said it was a 10min walk to the beach. However it is not. It's a 10min drive. We were very much hoping for something closer and walkable. We did ask Eric about this upon receiving the address...
