Villa Il Conventino with Pool and Wi-Fi

Villa Il Conventino is a country villa in the heart of Chianti Classico, just 20 km from Florence, featuring rustic Tuscan style with all modern comforts.



The ground floor (approx. 540 m²) includes two fully equipped kitchens, a dining room, a spacious living room with fireplace, and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are four double bedrooms (one can be set up with twin beds on request), each with a private bathroom—two with whirlpool bathtubs, two with showers. All bedrooms have air conditioning; air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms. The living room and kitchens are not air-conditioned. In the basement, you have a wine cellar and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.



The adjoining barn (approx. 80 m²) offers a double bedroom with mezzanine, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a small living room with sofa bed. Outside, enjoy a covered porch with table and chairs.



The outdoor areas feature ample parking, a panoramic porch, wood-fired oven, fenced garden, infinity pool with whirlpool (open from May 1 to September 30), small gym, and a gazebo for massages and fitness activities (available by reservation for an extra fee). Access is through a double remote-controlled gate.
