Familia española con perro

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en esta casa. Está muy bien localizada, para hacer excursiones por la zona y para disfrutar de algún día de tranquilidad en la propia casa La casa está muy bien cuidada, muy acogedora, limpia y con un espacio exterior muy agradable. Equipada con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable. Sonia (nuestra casera) muy agradable y dispuesta a ayudarnos con cualquier necesidad. Cerca de un pueblo precioso que tiene todo lo necesario (supermercados, restaurantes....). Seguramente volvamos en otra época del año donde el tiempo permita sacar más partido al jardín exterior. Muy recomendable. Buena relación calidad/precio

Perfecto!

The place was everything we wanted and more. The perfect size house, beautiful grounds and pool, and I can’t imagine a better town (San Casciano) to be based out of. Sonia was the most wonderful host, giving us amazing information about the town and things to do in the area that we would have not found otherwise. We can’t recommend this place more highly!!!!

Dream Vacation

This location was exactly what I was looking for. Loved waking up to the beautiful greenery outside and the Tuscan hills, birds chirping. The playground and pool were a plus for 2 kids. Sonia was extremely accommodating and had everything prepared for the baby on arrival (pack n play to sleep/baby sheets, high chair, toys). I cannot thank her enough for making everything so easy for us to enjoy our vacation with 2 little kids. She was an amazing hostess, and had all kinds of snacks and pasta/sauce waiting for us at the villa, after a long flight, which saved us a trip to the grocery store on the first day at the villa. Extremely grateful for a very memorable stay for our family. Also loved having a winery across the villa and the town itself has many cute places to eat, good grocery store - Coop, gelato at Il Pino was GREAT! Recommend if you are trying to get away from the city hustle, but be close enough to Florence (30min by car) if desired. Sonia - Grazie mille!

The Perfect Countryside Location

Sonia was the perfect host and her place was unbelievable! The view is gorgeous, the place was spacious and clean, all the little extras made it a wonderful stay for my family. My girls were sad to miss trick or treating on Halloween night and when we came back from dinner Sonia had a sweet surprise waiting for them on the door. It’s something my girls will remember forever. When we come back through Italy we will only stay with Sonia!

Wonderful farmhouse and garden with great pool and friendly host

A brilliant place to spend a week relaxing in Tuscany. We loved the farmhouse and all the rustic details, and it was great to have a well equipped kitchen since we mainly self catered. The garden is beautiful and we all enjoyed the pool. We also made use of the grill (charcoal BBQ) and really enjoyed the natural provision of shade as well as plenty of sunbeds! Sonia was so helpful with any questions we had, and made us feel very welcome. Il Prugnolo is in a great location for days trips (by car) to Siena and San Gimignano, as well as Florence. But we were also happy to just lounge around the home and garden for quite a few days and enjoy holiday vibes too! We would love to come again....

Toller Ausgangspunkt für einen Familienurlaub in der Toskana!

Wir haben 2 Wochen in Sonias Apartment verbracht. Die Anlage besteht aus 2 Ferienwohnungen, einem tollen Garten und einem Pool und liegt auf einem Hügel, auf dem Wein und Oliven angebaut werden. Der Blick ins Tal ist wunderschön und die Wohnung geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Florenz und Siena sowie weitere Orte sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen, wir waren sogar auch am Meer und in Pisa. Die Gastgeber stehen mit Rat und Tat bei der Planung zur Seite. Insgesamt ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Toskana zu erkunden und auch mal einen ruhigen Tag in der Anlage zu verbringen. Die Kinder waren insbesondere vom Pool begeistert, in dem man auch zu viert noch genug Platz findet. Wir waren begeistert!

It was a fantastic stay! The location is wonderful and the pool was a great addition with the kids. Sonia and her family made us feel welcomed and helped us secure a wine tasting. The view was incredible and it was quiet in comparison to the hustle and bustle of the city. Great location to travel to Pisa, Siena, Florence. Overall a must stay!

Traumhafte Lage in der Toskana

Wir verbrachten 10 Tage in dieser geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung Acacia. Der Garten ist traumhaft schön. Der Pool sorgte an heißen Tagen für eine willkommene Abkühlung. Ausflüge nach Florenz, Siena und San Gimignano sind eine gute Abwechslung dank der guten Lage der Wohnung. Vielen Dank an Sonia für die tolle Unterstützung.

Dreamy views, wineries all around, ideal for families

This was our absolute favorite stay in all of Italy. The views are breathtaking, and it was the perfect getaway for us with our 4 children... (especially after staying in small city apartments prior, with not much room and space for the children to play.) Not only were the views breathtaking, but Sonia has a beautiful garden leading up to the home and a fun swingset. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool as well. We swam, went to the nearby wineries (one is literally across the street!), and came back and swam. It's close to a small town full of eateries and a coop grocery store as well. You will definitely need a car especially if you want to get into Florence, the grocery store, or various wineries. Sonia has wonderful recommendations for wineries and is always quick and helpful.

The place to be in Tuscany!

Il Prugnolo is the place to be if you want peace and quiet. Ideally located between Firenze and Sienna, this is a jewel. It overlooks the Tuscan countryside. The property offers on-site parking a few steps from the apartment. Beautiful grounds include a pomegranate tree and olive trees. The apartment is spotless clean and has all the amenities you need for cooking and just lounging around. Yes!...there is a real 10 cup coffee pot! As well as mocha pots. And the wash room includes a real electric dryer! There is also a drying rack if needed. I can't say enough great things about our host. She is fantastic! You can really tell that she takes pride in the property and is always available to help with tips for grocery, restaurants and local places to visit. One of a kind! This is the place we will stay when in Tuscany. Looking forward to visiting again very soon!

Wonderful Apartment in beautiful setting and very friendly owner

Our one-week stay End of August at Acacia was just great. The apartment was as described and impeccably clean, Sonia’s check-in and support during the stay was very friendly and the garden and pool were kept in excellent condition. The city of San Casciano is lively but not crowded and the restaurants served tasty local food. Easy access by car to Florence, Siena and San Gimignano with lovely Tuscan landscape all around. Even a day at the beach is possible, but with 1,5h drive one-way. We will definitely try to come once more to Il Prugnolo!

Great stay

We had a great stay ate the appartment. Sonia was very helpful with everything. She even did groceries for us because we arrived late. Only small problem was the number of musquitos. Good to know: some great wine tasting in the neighborhood.

Die Vermieter wohnen am Objekt - perfekt für das Einchecken, wenn man wie wir im Stau steht! Liebevoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher zum Wochenwechsel inbegriffen. Die Aussicht - unbezahlbar! Wir haben das Anwesen und die Vermieter sofort ins Herz geschlossen; einziger Wermutstropfen im Sommer: Die Mücken können sehr hartnäckig sein!

Un'oasi deliziosa nel cuore del Chianti

A due passi da Firenze, comoda per Pisa, Siena e davvero vicinissima a tanti centri minori di grande interesse artistico, la casa di Sonia è assolutamente perfetta. Pulitissima, raffinata, spaziosa, con tanto verde a disposizione, estremamente curato e pieno di angoli piacevoli in cui trascorrere il tempo. Bella la piscina sempre perfetta e curata. Ospitalità ideale: calore e disponibilità totali con il massimo della riservatezza. Un'esperienza davvero consigliabile sia alle famiglie sia alle coppie.

Die Gastgeberin Sonia mit Familie sehr freundlich, die Anlage und Räume gepflegt, man hat seinen eigenen Freiraum am Haus. Die Anlage liegt vor dem Dorf an einem ruhigen Platz und guter Ausgangspunkt für seine Unternehmungen. Empfehlenswert

Traumhaft schön

Bei Sonia war es wirklich zauberhaft. Sie ist sehr gastlich, das Apartment typisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sogar den Pool hielt Sonia noch im Oktober gepflegt und offen. Sonias Standort ist genau richtig als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die wunderschönen toskanischen Städte Florenz, San Gimignano, Siena, Lucca.. um nur einige zu nennen und der Ort selbst bietet auch alles, um abends einmal nett essen zu gehen. Und dann kann man den Abend mit dem herrlichen Ausblick von Sonias Terrasse mit einem Glas Rotwein ausklingen lassen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Rundum schön.

Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende wohl gefühlt. Sonja und ihre Familie sind sehr herzlich und absolut wunderbare Gastgeber. Der Garten und der Pool kamen bei den Kindern großartig an. Besonders, dass bereits eine "Erstausstattung" an Frühstücksutensilien da war, und an viele liebenswerte Kleinigkeiten gedacht wurde, hat den Aufenthalt für uns mehr als schön gemacht. Excellent séjour, des hôtes charmants

L'accueil à cette maison était parfait ! Sonia et son mari sont des gens charmants, ils sont restés à la fois disponible et discrets. Nous avons reçu beaucoup de conseils pour visiter la région, la maison est très bien placée au milieu des vignes et des oliviers, dans la région du Chianti à 50 minutes de Sienne et 30 minutes de Florence, San Casciano est elle même une petite ville touristique. La maison est décorée avec goût et très bien équipée , et la piscine a été beaucoup utilisée :-) Nous recommandons vivement cette location !
