Cosy apartment with pool, WIFI, TV, pets allowed and panoramic view, close to Greve In Chianti
- Beautiful farming estate comprising 6 restored units situated on the Chianti hills, a short distance from the village of Mercatale (with general stores) and 22 km from Florence away. This property offers large outdoor areas and a nice panoramic pool with splendid views over the surrounding vineyards (producing excellent wines). All of the apartments provide welcoming interiors furnished in a rustic style. The units Tenuta 1 and 2 are approx. 50 from the pool away while the remaining units are closer. By the pool, guests can enjoy use of a beautiful panoramic terrace with sun-umbrellas and sofas and of a covered area with WI-FI in internet connection (WI-FI internet is also available near the reception, closer the units Tenuta 1 and 2).
The access to the property is via an unpaved road suitable to any car.
Distances: Mercatale with general stores 4 km away, San Casciano 10 km, Greve in Chianti 12 km away, Florence (airport and railway station) 22 km away, San Gimignano 37 km, Siena 60 km away, Arezzo 90 km, Pisa (airport) 92 km away, Lucca 95 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large outdoor areas, garden, shared swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – min. depth 1,25 m – max. depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/10) with panoramic views, barbecue, playground for children with swing. The property and all the apartments provide WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).
Laundry (free of charge).
Extra Services: Baby bed upon request. Maid service available by arrangement (€ 12,- / per hour to be paid locally). The products of the estate (wine, olive-oil) are available for clients to be purchased.

We had the most wonderful stay at Tenuta 6- the apartment suites our family of 10 very well. The surroundings are fantastic and there are many small towns to visit in the area. The hosts were kind and helpful. There was no terrace with our apartment, but it was a,l right as we could use the area around the pool. Everything was perfect. We had a really lovely stay.

Geweldige ligging en sfeer die er heerst. Verhuurders zijn super aardig en flexibel. De appartementen zijn schoon en worden goed onderhouden. Overall dus een erg fijne vakantie en zeker niet de laatste keer dat we er zijn geweest.

Our family of seven, three generations were thrilled with our apartment, the scenery and the close proximity to areas of interest. We found the local town of Mercatale had everything that we needed to self-cater in our apartment and we enjoyed our shopping experience. Salvatore, Stefano and Anna were great...we would like to return to this wonderful place.

We found the local town of Mercatale had everything that we needed to self-cater in our apartment and we enjoyed our shopping experience. We had great pleasure in staying at the property. The accommodation is excellent, the villa is equipped with all needed kitchen appliances. The view is breathtaking. The hosts are very kind. They organised a wine testing evening which was a new experience for us.
We spent a great time there!
