"The facilities, the hotel itself, the service, and all the amenities are perfect. I really enjoyed my stay at the Dolphin Hotel and would definitely stay there again. The only issue that has not yet been resolved is that I paid a one-night deposit as a guarantee, and as of today, I still have not received the refund. I’m not sure if it takes longer because I used a Mexican credit card, but this is the only detail that was not 100% satisfactory. Other than that, everything was excellent. It is definitely a place I would return to."
