Great place to stay. A couple of small things quickly sorted out. Fantastic fast responses with any questions. Loved the space and views. Nice, Clean and tidy. Would I stay again? Definitely. Would I recommend? Yes definitely. Excellent. Thank you for a great time at your lovely villa.

Uitzicht was geweldig, heerlijk terras om op te relaxen.Alles was ook goed schoongemaakt.Maar de villa heeft wel een opknapbeurt nodig. Rubbers van de douchecabines, douchebakken, veel te fel wit LED licht, kies daar voor warm Led en dimbaar.De afstandbediening van de garage met daarin de spelen lag half uit elkaar, geen batterijen in dartbord, punten van de dartpijlen krom. Afdekhoes van het zwembad had ook zijn beste tijd gehad. Er zouden ook parasols voorhanden moeten zijn. Geen of weinig schaduwmogelijkheden langs het zwembad of op het terras.

Der Gastgeber ist nicht nur sehr freundlich, sondern auch jederzeit ansprechbar, wenn man Rückfragen hat. Ihm ist sehr daran gelegen, dass seine Gäste einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen können und ihnen an nichts fehlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Pool, Whirlpool, Gaming Room, alles top. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Die Aussicht ist super, man schaut direkt auf das Meer und kann einfach nur entspannen. Der Einkauf von Lebensmitteln ist jeden Tag möglich und die Läden sind in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Ein Auto ist sinnvoll, wenn man sich ein bisschen auf Lanzarote umsehen möchte. Auch hier hat der Gastgeber Tipps für z. B. gute Restaurants. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen. Ein besonderes Erlebnis.

What a great villa! We really enjoyed our stay here, the villa was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. There was a lovely welcome gift is food and drink. Pool is great the solar heating system kept it at a really good temperature despite being late October. Plenty of shops and restaurants within a 10-20 minute drive. Airport is only 7 minutes away but you don’t get disturbed by it as they don’t fly overhead. John was amazing clear instructions and always on the text to help.

Fundamentally nice villa (3 and a half stars!)

Plus points•Owner very attentive •Good bathrooms and kitchen area. •Fantastic coffee machine with generous supply of coffee•Hot tub•Super viewsMinus points•Pool cold for second half of the 10 day visit. We think the electricity tripping off in for the heaters in the pump room might have been the explanation. We only discovered this on enacting leaving instructions. The pool man came and said it was fine. It was so cold the next day even the kids wouldn’t get in.•Hot tub only warm (not hot) for last three days (32 degrees – possibly we didn’t know how to make it work properly despite having some instructions)•Games area in garage has ‘chemical’ smell which stopped us using it•Visitors not allowed (sister plus family were staying in nearby villa). Any transgression could lead to eviction from the Villa. Should be highlighted on booking site.•Video surveillance inside and outside. Should be highlighted on booking site. We have young children and would not book a property with extensive surveillance.•Shower enclosures need replacement•No internet all week – not the owners faultThe house is fundamentally very nice and the owner went to great trouble to ensure it was well-prepared for our stay. It’s in a super location, close to lots of supermarkets and a shopping centre, and a short drive from the great beaches and restaurants of Playa Honda. The villa itself is spacious with big bathrooms and a very well-designed kitchen.

Truly lovely villa in a great location

We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa. Our flight was delayed and our host switched from in person to remote check in without fuss. The villa is furnished to a high standard and has everything you might need for a perfect family holiday with all the kitchen equipment required to feed a family. The village is charming and the Bodeguita lovely, the small shop has most items for day to day and you are not far from 2 x Hiperdino. The villa is spacious with plenty of room to spread out - we travelled as 6 adults but even then, there was room to relax alone if that is what you wanted. The pool is a good size and the hot tub happily accommodated us all. The view is fantastic. We sat for hours watching the airport traffic coming and going, despite the view of the airport, there is no problem with noise. We had a couple of technical issues during the stay - these are common in the village way of life, but our lovely host Tobias was rapidly available to solve these remotely. I have been visiting Lanzarote for many years and have stayed at a number of different properties across the island; I have to say that this is probably the nicest we have stayed at and we very much hope to return soon. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Delightful property

This is a beautiful and spacious property. It is immaculate and lovingly furnished and cared for. Superb choice for our holiday - the pool is large and heated, the hot tub a treat, with views over the coast and the ocean. The beds are very comfy and Tobias has arranged the outside and inside spaces thoughtfully, to give lots of different areas and terraces for relaxing and eating, whether you're using the BBQ or the well-equipped kitchen ( the coffee machine grinds beans and Tobias thoughtfully left a supply), or watching English- streamed TV. The views across the airport, Arrecife and the ocean beyond are great! The house and its surroundings are private and tranquil - the house is on the edge of Guime, so you have no immediate neighbours, parking is easy and the one bar/cafe in Guime, the delightful La Bodeguita,is a short walk away. You'll probably make friends! The small Guime supermarket is well- stocked, but there are lots of major supermarkets close to the nearby airport. Guime is perhaps a little isolated if you're used to the resorts, but we enjoyed the peace and ability to reach and explore other parts of the island, from this convenient location. Tobias is very responsive and helpful. A great find.

A truly amazing property!

We returned recently from a fabulous stay at Villa Vista Mar II. I cannot describe how beautiful it is, exactly as described but even more fantastic in real life. So much space to relax, both inside and outside. The pool area is gorgeous and the hot tub is a lovely extra. There are loads of different seating areas around the property so you can chase the sun! All the bedrooms are spacious and really well finished. The kitchen literally has everything you might need. The host Tobias was responsive to any queries we had and most helpful at all times. The villa is a little off the beating track to the main towns around Lanzarote, but that suited us as we had a car anyway. Honestly, do consider this villa if you are looking for a gorgeous place to stay and a home-from-home experience!
