The apartment is located in a peaceful residential area of San Fernando, one of the most authentic and well-connected neighbourhoods in southern Gran Canaria. Guests will find supermarkets, local cafés, restaurants, shops, and everyday amenities within easy reach, offering a great opportunity to experience the island beyond the main tourist areas while still being close to all major attractions.

Just a short drive away, guests can visit the famous Maspalomas Dunes, Playa del Inglés beach, Maspalomas Lighthouse, and the lively Meloneras promenade. The area is also well positioned for exploring hiking trails, golf courses, family attractions, and the beautiful coastline of southern Gran Canaria, making it an excellent base for both relaxation and adventure.

The apartment enjoys a privileged location in San Agustín, one of the most peaceful and well-connected areas in the south of Gran Canaria.

Guests can easily walk to the nearby beaches of San Agustín and Las Burras, as well as a shopping centre with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops, a pharmacy, and other essential services just a few minutes away.

A car is not necessary, as taxi and bus stops are located nearby, providing easy access to Playa del Inglés, Maspalomas, Meloneras, and other popular destinations.

The scenic seafront promenade, stretching for several kilometres along the coast, is perfect for walks by the ocean and enjoying the beautiful sunsets that make this area so special.

You can enter the accommodation at any time after 15:00. Early check-in can only be arranged on request. If you need it, please send us an email.
