The Villa offers two charming bungalows, each designed to comfortably accommodate three guests.

Every bungalow features a cozy bedroom with two single beds, complemented by a spacious living area that includes a double sofa bed.

Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, fitted with modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, and all the essential kitchenware needed to prepare meals. Each bungalow also includes a well-appointed bathroom with a shower and all necessary amenities.

For comfort and entertainment, the spaces are equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, ensuring a relaxing stay regardless of the weather.

The Villa is always rented to a single group, making it ideal for families or friends seeking privacy and exclusive use of the property.

To enhance convenience and safety, the Villa offers a reliable Wi-Fi connection, an alarm system, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and an ironing setup with both board and iron.

Beyond these essentials, the property includes a variety of additional features designed to make your stay on the island enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is located in one of the most popular areas in southern Gran Canaria, offering easy access to beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and a wide range of leisure activities. The lively atmosphere of Playa del Inglés makes it an ideal destination for both relaxation and entertainment.

Just a short distance away, guests can visit the spectacular Maspalomas Dunes, one of the island's most iconic natural landmarks, or stroll along the seafront to the historic Maspalomas Lighthouse. The nearby Yumbo Centrum also offers a great selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and nightlife, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy.

In the vicinity of the accommodation you can move on foot, you have everything very close if you want to go out to know the island, the bus service is excellent, there is a station within walking distance if you ask us we can leave you all the schedules and we can help you with recommendations.

If you drive, the best option is to rent a car, and we can also organize it, the prices are excellent. The accommodation is entirely private as well as all its services.

You can enter the accommodation at any time after 15:00. Early check-in can only be arranged on request. If you need it, please send us an email.

Please remember to complete all outstanding payments, if any, as well as your online guest registration.

Please note that guest registration is compulsory for those over 14 years of age, and only when completed for all travellers, can access to the property be given.

In case you have paid for the entire booking in advance on your favourite booking platform, you will only need to finalise the online registration process.

We apply specific cleaning and disinfection protocols to ensure the full safety of our guests.

The cleaning of the property is carried out by professional cleaning staff.Our aim is to provide a high quality service.
